floss: Wow a proven failure yet not a thief …. Normally I’m not surprised because your region glorifies criminality, I’m glad you’re buying fuel in that country for over a thousand naira plus… something your Tulumbu met at 600 or thereabouts… He is not a thief by what criteria expertly. If obi is a not a thief then many politicians in Nigeria are not Someone who 250m was found in the car of his aid and he claimed it was to pay contractors in cash, is not a thief! Someone who invested state money into the bank where he had shares is not a thief! Someone who buy shares for himself from the brewery company he claimed to partner with using the state money is not a thief! Wow! Obi just clouded you people with the fact that he left money in the state purse. This is a smart way of diverting attention from the ones he had stolen and at the same time attract praises from the gullible Obi is not an ordinary thief but a very smart one. The government is not doing well, I agree but packaging a fraud as a Messiah is more annoying. Go online and search for the reactions of anambra people when he was their governor Tinubu was claimed to have built Lagos what did obi build? Both sha stay 8yrs as governors The country is undergoing surgical debridement which comes with pain, without pains there can never be gains. Tell me any of Tinubu policies that should be undone without setting the country back Bring back subsidy? Subsidizing dollars again? Stop student loans? Stop the unifying tax system? Stop the various road project across the country? Our fathers got us to where we are now by not doing the right things, we should not affect the future of our children by making the same mistakes Go double your hustle, you will be able to afford pms no matter how much. Worshiping a failure, this is serious ooo Awolowo was not worshipped, Yaradua wasn't Just lets us know one legacy project obi did in the whole of the 8yrs as anambra governor Even this top is a direct opposite of the reality. A man that can not manage a party affair wants to manage a country. You people just want an igbo man to be the president and that is all. Obi is a proven failure |

loveth360: Making farmers to be poor,Is that the solution?
Reasonable government will help the farmers to make food cheaper.
Many ways to achieve that. You people are irredeemable, your hearts are filled with hatred which has clouded your thinking faculties !. How has the fallen food prices made farmers poor?,Must you follow every rubbish obi says. When food price was high, it was the same obi that was saying people were suffering, now the government is trying to avert that, he started crying. How has that made farmer poor? Fertilizer is tax free! Any farmer that is crying is a greedy person, they want the food to be expensive to keep making money at the expense of the masses. Do we import, yam, garri, beans etc, how would reduction in the prices of all those make farmer poor? If foreign rice is cheaper than the local rice then there is a problem with the farmers and not the government. If you guys want to play opposition, it should be with senses. |

Razzness: Una dey always like to make this man trend. He is mentally unstable for crying out loud and doesn't speak for the North in any capacity.
But this time around he is right. If states with 98% Muslim population decide to adopt Shari'a for rulings on social issues such as divorce, marriages, inheritance etc. I don't see how that is a problem.
Mind you, the Shari'a law provision is subordinate to the constitution of Nigeria. Even the highest Shari'a court ranks lower than state high courts. Moreover, A non-Muslim cannot be compelled to submit to a Shari’a court.
So I honestly don't see what all the fuss on Shari'a law is about. According to the Constitution, Nigeria is a secular state (Section 10 prohibits adoption of a state religion). Oh! Can you explain why people businesses are being destroyed in the name of sharia law, Christians living in sharia states can not take alcohol in the name of what please? Many people that were arrested in hotel by the hisbal were for what reason. Mr man stop defending nonsense. |

Congo broke there own laws and not FIFA rules. hotseat: One wonders why some Nigerians are so patently bland in their thinking.
The Op. had to go down memory lane to educate us that failure to abide by FIFA rules attracts very severe punishment which includes points deduction and fines.
Nigeria also suffered a similar fate in 2017 for fielding a single ineligible player and fined as well.
So, if the DRC that fielded half a dozen ineligible players gets punished, why must their own case be different?
If FIFA finds them guilty and punished accordingly, heaven will not fall.

Politics › Re: We Still Pray To God For An Igbo President - Nwobodo Speaks As Peter Obi Visits by rotadeco27: 9:04am On Jan 08 |
Ezeama400: Normally I shouldn’t have replied you because you have been programmed to reason in a particular way, but for the sake of readers, I have to ..
GDP is what is used to measure development, which Imo state Igbo land is 4th after Lagos, Rivers Akwa Ibom , then followed by Delta which I am proud of.. I don’t wanna use IGR which Enugu state is even number one in 2025 , because that should not be counted as development ….
Again, when it comes to migration, a data was released here around july 2025, and we all saw how you all have fled Osun Oyo for Lagos, making South west number one region in Nigeria that don’t stay in their state, only for SS and SE to be at the bottom, against the propaganda you guys have sold for ages about migration..
And finally , you are taking about land mass, don’t you know that Taraba state alone is two times bigger than that entire South West ?. But due to the fact that you have been programmed to reason in a particular way like I stated earlier , you couldn’t do your findings to find out that what defines a Nation or group is productivity and population, not a land mass.. Btw, what made you think that every Igbo man you see on nairaland is from south East ?
E no go better for person wey program Una to be reasoning this way. Oga, you should have spiced up your arguments on the migration of the people to other regions by adding the link of the said article to your claims. Meanwhile, it stands to reason why we may have more people from osun, oyo, ogun & even kwarans in Lagos than the igbos, that is still considered intra regional migration ( Exept for Kwara) so proximity and lack of language barrier would be major factors. When talking about inter regional migration, " I think" the igbos take the lead and that is the case scenario the writer was talking about. I do not see any wrong doings in that though, it , however, indexes leadership failure in the region. This same reason explains one main causes of the japa syndrome in Nigerian The writer compared the entire South East with niger state and u went ahead in your counter argument to compare the entire SW to Taraba state leaving the focus of the discussion which is not the size but the level of development and ease of governance in respect of the size and population. I supposed the writer was trying to put forward some points but your arguments were obviously attacking and no people progresses with this kind of mind set. Some state in the US are larger than a whole region in Nigeria, yet are more developed than even the FCT, pointing to the same leadership failure. We need to be more active as a people in demanding good governance and accountability from our leaders from the local government, to state and then region, this will translate eventually to national development. Unhealthy inter regional competition resulting in sabotage is one bottle neck that will not allow national development regardless of the region the president comes. |

Wallade: Considering that the USA🇺🇸 recent strikes in Sokoto, Nigeria, had no recorded casualties, so I started to wonder what the intentions of the USA 🇺🇸 was?
Could the USA🇺🇸 have miscalculated?
If it was miscalculation, then couldn't they have mistakenly hit residential areas.
Could the USA🇺🇸 war or artillery equipment and resources be having precision challenges?
Could the decision to target farmlands and label it attack on ISIS be deliberate?
If it is deliberate, why?
My suspicion is that USA is trying to perpetuate further propaganda and misleading information to the entire world that Christians are the primary targets of Bandicts, ISIS, Boko Haram, Lakurawaba, Fulani Extremists/Jihadists and Kidnappers.
The USA 🇺🇸 terrorist Donald Trump executive government primarily attempted to use the strike in Nigeria to test the waters with the legislative government in the USA🇺🇸 especially because the major aim is to strike the Venezuela with high technology military precision. They want to see the reaction of the legislative arm of government since Donald Trump did not get the permission of the legislative arm to strike Nigeria.
The unilateral act of the Donald Trump executive government to conduct military strike in other countries or territories without express approval of the legislative arm of government in the USA is illegal, unacceptable, careless and impeachable offence.
In other words, Nigeria was a cheap target used primarily as a test case.
The USA🇺🇸 under Donald Trump leadership has become ridiculous, embarrassing and unbecoming. U actually think the US army is like Nigeria army that will allow all their moves and actions to be easily discovered by the enemies. Why do u think the terrorist sympathizers are crying? By the time the real count comes to the open, you will know that the US army is not like a compromised Nigeria army. Do u know how along they have been monitoring the activities of the terrorists using drones based in Ghana and satellite? How do they know that sokoto is the ISWAP base and not borno or Zamfara as we were made to assume? The US army can not just come to Nigeria and be wasting their missiles go and bank that? |
