I am a Ghanaian and resident in Ghana so i cannot tell you the stores that sell Apple cider vinegar in Nigeria. However, i believe a very good supermarket should have one. If you have shoprite or any big stores like that, you should be able to find them there.

For fruits you can eat pears, apples, and bananas.

you can eat sweet potatoes, oats, Kidney Beans

You must avoid cheese, chips, fast food, ice cream, meat, prepared foods, such as some frozen and snack foods as well as processed foods

Your condition has a simple cure which i will tell you for free. I am an alternative medicine practitioner in Ghana. Do not go for surgery or you will regret it.

You only need 3 things

1) A change of diet

2) Mango seeds

3) Apple cider Vineger

Eat more of fruits and fibers (vegetables) and drink lots of water first thing in the morning. 1 litre or 2 in the morning on an empty stomach

2) This is mango season so get the mango seeds and dry them. Crack the seed open and you will see another seed inside it. Dry that one and grind it to a powder. Prepare a teaspoonful of it as tea and drink 3 times a day.

3) Go and get quality apple cider vinegar from a good store. For external application, dip some cotton wool in the apple cider vinegar and apply on the pile externally, leave on for 30mins and then wash it off. For internal use, get some of the apple cider vineger frozen into little blocks of ice and insert into the Anus in frozen form.

Your Pile will be gone within days.

The mango seed powder will handle the pain and bleeding
The fruit and vegetable diet will give you fibers which will ease your bowel movement
The apple cider vinegar will shrink the pile both internally and externally.

Send me an email. I tried all doz drugs stuffs too but it didnt work. Forget bout all the doctors and the herbs stuff. What i need to know is if yours was related to mine. Is urs external or internal? Does it come out when u stool and goes back on its own? Or is it external permanently? Those are d things i need to know so i can gv u tips on how i managed mine

Very close to your anus there is something like a boil which your picture shows .
When you try to shut it is so painfully.
Even when you cough you still feel a terrible sharp pain in your anus.

This is what I experienced in 2014 when it started. But I'm no longer experiencing this. The only thing I'm experiencing is just discomfort in my anus. And it pops out whenever I use the toilet

It has no effective medical cure, go traditional. Anyone that bill above 5k is a scam . The only cure I know, I don't know it other name but Ekiti. It is common. I had the experience when I was young and i have recommended it, it worked.
