i will definitely go but that green card is really my aim...was planning that if eventually granted, i will just go and come back...that was why i even informed them at my work place and the agreed thus i danced to there tune

fabio dream: My dear with that response u can see that u shoot ursel in the foot, first ur interview was schedule for tuesday and u just call them on monday and right now they are running after a deadline of finishing with all dv 2013. May be I'm wrong I don't know but that why I'm thinking. Good luck

as the saying goes...a bird at hand..moreover i learnt that one can reschedule once....we are in a middle of a very important activity and my absence will be so obvious that was why i took d option of reschedule...my permission was also earlier approved....

'Thank you for your email. All slots are now filled and we are unable to accommodate your request for a change of date.

Sincerely'

Please is there anything else that can be done or i just screwed up the opportunity...note that it will be my first time of rescheduling.

If you ask me, I think you don’t need the visa. What permission at work place are you talking about? If you don’t go to work that particular day what will happen?l call this wasted effort. You have answered the question yourself, “I just screwed up the opportunity” big time.
