Batman Arkham Knight was released world-wide on June 23 2015. It was the first game I played on my PS4 the November of that year. The game is set one year after the events of 2011’s Batman: Arkham City, the game’s main story-line follows Batman as he confronts Scarecrow. Scarecrow, with the help of the mysterious Arkham Knight, launch a city-wide chemical attack on Gotham. The attack leads to the evacuation of the city. This is the second best Open-World game I have played with GTAV being the best. It has everything you need in an open world action adventure game. So lets dive right in to what makes this game one of the reasons to own a PS4 or Xboxone
Story
So let get this out of the way. The main story is not that good just okay for the game. It just gives us a reason to do what batman loves best. To avoid spoiling the story for readers who would go on to play this game I wont go into any details about the story. Well, it’s not that hard considering Arkham Knight story is not really detailed. The side missions are the ones that are filled with short but adequate story lines. We see a lot of characters in the Batman comics and various easter eggs. We get to do missions with certain characters to defeat popular Batman villains. The game also has the worst character identity reveal of the year. I was extremely disappointed in who the Knight turned out to be, like really.
Gameplay

So its been a week since the Nintendo Switch presentation and reactions have been coming in. And reactions have been mixed from what I have been seeing around the world. Though, I have yet to get proper opinion about the presentation from Nigerian gamers, I will be stating my Personal opinion on the matter.

Make the Switch

The Nintendo Switch is a true hybrid console. It is a handheld and home console at the same time and it is awesome. The design the console is really good, Looks really well designed and durable. The screen seems to be very good from various impressions and the Joy-Cons are also in good shape. The HD rumble has been said to work as explained, even though I was confused during that part of the presentation. Koizumi tried his best to demonstrate, maybe it was the translation but I really didn’t get the point of the ice-cube and 1, 2 Switch till people played it. Regardless of a few complaints like lack of analogue triggers it seems to be well designed. oday Nintendo announced a new Boxing game called ARMS. The game put the player in an arena and uses extendable are arms to battle each other. Happy new year, last year was great but this year promises to be better. I am going to be making some predictions on video games sales and performance as well as game announcement. Except from Ubisoft getting bought out by Vevindi, am sure this year will be quite interesting.....
Sales and Review

Resident Evil 7 will do very well might not set the world on fire but will experience good sales and reviews
Dragon Quest 8: It will sell similar to the other games on the 3DS
Gravity rush 2 will have very good reviews but will experience slow sales
Ni-oh will release with great reviews however will sell poorly.
For Honour will be a dud
Sniper elite 4 will review like the past games and have similar sales
Horizon Zero Dawn: This game is a little tricky, it looks really good in game-play but considering the developers track record it might disappoint story wise. The game will have critical acclaim from the media and sell well. But I predict it will have some backlash from gamers......more at the link

The year 2016 saw the release of a lot of good games. Lots of games stood out this year from various genres. From the Multiplayer game that we Watched Overtake the world. The games that were announced more than 5 years ago, (Final Fantasy IV and Last Guardian) that saw the light of day. Also the well-loved games that brought the Sun and moon to us for the 20th year. Gamerotem: Pokémon Sun and Moon are the best and newest entries in the 20 years of the series. It was a wonderful experience that reminded me why I love to catch and battle with the lovely critters. The games are a celebration of fun and highly recommend it to anyone with a 3DS. The upgraded visuals, the nice story and awesome music combined with the simple yet deep battle system makes this a game to remember.
