Brainjotter only used the song to make a SKIT, not remix of the song as an artiste, considering he's only a skit maker/comedian which nullifies any of the "copyright" BS being thrown about. Making use of a song or tunes for another song or commercials is where legal rights are applicable not mere skits. |
