What you are failing to get is Leicester has a good team though. The likes of Fusch, Vardy, Mahrez, Kante and their centrebacks would slot seamlessly into our starting 11. That's about 7 players and with a very good goalkeeper to complete their starting 11.

Rooney has not played poorly since his return from injury. Infact the two times he was substituted, our game compared. The first time, Lingard came on and we never moved forward. The second time, Herrera and Fellaini came on and we became clueless in midfield.



You will see even this rating put Rooney as one for the better performnce. This is why I said it's malicious to say he was poor. He did his job well of playing deep midfield.

Y'all shouldn't start this Terry-Boateng argument on this thread - it'll lead to nowhere. Dayo NEVER accepts his wrongs. So it's a waste of time.

When he's comparing Boateng to EPL defenders he uses UEFA and FIFA nominations and awards to taunt them, but when Terry comes into the scene, like an artful dodger he brings up one of the dumbest reasons known to mankind, BEASTING A WC FINAL to rate him over Terry. Haven't y'all asked yourself why he shifts the post when Terry is involved? Coz both in UEFA and FIFA awards and nominations, Terry shits on Boateng. Coz he knows the relationship Terry can ever have with Boateng is a master(Terry)-slave(Boateng) kind. So like the cunning shape shifter he is, he formulates a new benchmark to defeat Terry. And if you are not wise he'll lure you into his lair and keep wasting your time with it. He never accepts his gaffes so expecting him to accept the truth is akin to teaching a lion how to read and write - it's IMPOSSIBLE!!

If UEFA and FIFA whose opinions matters most recognizes Terry over Boateng, how does one person's opinion count more?

If players, coaches and seasoned football pundits rates Terry over Boateng, why bother over an inconsequential view of Dayo against Terry?

If EVERY poll carried out ANYWHERE CREDIBLE (including in Germany) will see Terry disgrace Boateng, who gives a fúck about just one SINGLE opinion?


Fans across all divides even on this forum rates Terry over Boateng, so what the hell are we bothering ourselves over Dayo's opposite opinion?

Allow him to console himself with the trashy ranking of Boateng over Terry, it changes not the truth that Boateng is not fit enough to tie Terry's shoe lace!!


When next you want to argue this Terry-Boateng balderdash, remember that by Dayo's absurd benchmark and views:

1. Boateng is better than Madini and all the defenders that didn't beast a WC final.

2. Rivaldo and Goetze (Man of the Match at the last WC) are waayyyy better than Puskas that didn't beast a WC final.

3. Littbarski is better than Bobby Charlton


When you see the stupidity, hilarity and depravity emanating from such reasoning, you'd know where to move the argument to - Comedy Central or Jeff Durham's Show. The Kagawa dude has given us enough comedy to last us for a month, let's not allow Dayo give us migrane on top of it. Put an end to the Terry-Boateng argument.
