The first thing you should ask yourself is, why would someone have all these login details with cash inside but is selling them for peanut?

Why don't the person selling them use it for himself and friends to become rich instead of selling them for peanut change.

Finally if you have to pay first before you receive anything like this, just trust in your heart that it is a confirmed SCAM.
