1xbet is a big scam. I abandoned 3k in the account after they frustrated me with Security department documents.
After some years later, I logged back into the account and there were no more restrictions but the money wasn't there anymore. I reached out to their customer care to help me check that there were no restrictions on my account and if I was good to go cos I didn't want any problems when it is time for withdrawal. They responded that my account was okay. I asked three different customer service agents and they responded that my account was fine
I started using the account and was depositing and withdrawing without any issues. I even lost 500k on the platform. They just gulped the money. When I now won 1.62m, they refused to allow me withdraw and said I should contact security department for account verification
I have exchanged over 53 emails with this security team. I have sent my ID, bank statement for two ATM cards (both mine), Photos of the 2 ATM cards front and back. They keep repeating requests and so many times reply that they didn't see any attachment. Even the selfie photo with my document and email from security department in the background, I have sent that one over 10 times
My issue is still not resolved as I post this. I am just hoping to get my money back. This will be the last time I ever use them
They just did the same thing to me few days, discovered a strategy that keeps me on a profit, i have been withdrawing, next thing i know, they rejected my withdrawal and asked me to message the security team, i did and provided everything they asked for, and they sent a mail that they are ending collaboration with me. And my 80k is still in that account and they didnt refund it and have been ignoring me ever since.
I just even noticed that they have been doing this fraudulent act since 2019 and they have been getting away with it.
I think we should form a group and file a complaint againt them to the lottery commision, because they will keep doing this to other people.
