I am still in Naija but I have prepared my dried ugwu leaves, uziza leaves and bitter leaves since last year. They are all chilling in zip lock bags and would be cling filmed and wrapped whenever we are set to go.
Get a large amount of ugwu from the market, say 2000 worth or more because it is very expensive now because of the season. Let the market women slice for you. Spread in trays or sacks spread in a shaded place because direct sunlight will wilt it faster. Thank God it's harmattan period, so you are covered, it should be ready in a few days
