May Africans don't take Islam so serious, it has already devastated the continent.

Somalians and any Horn of Africans ain't Caucasian. Caucasian are only ppl whose ancestors originated in the Caucasian mountains. It was a racist term created by German anthropologist in the 18th century AD and it doesn't exist in real sense.

Somalians are Cushite ppl who ancestors were came to Africa from Eurasia about 12,000-10,000 BC.

All the current Ethiopians, Eritreans, Somalians and Djiboutians were one ppl and spoke one language that scholars know named it "Afro-Asiatic language" around 8000 BC.

Later those ppl started to migrate to different directions and through time their one language and similar appearance started to differentiate from one another because of mixing with others and environment. The descendants of this one ppl now speak the different branches of Afro-Asiatic super family language. These are:-
• Cushitic languages
• Semitic languages
• Omotic languages
• Berber languages
• Chadic languages
• Ancient Egyptian (extinct)

Somalians and Oromos separated from each other recently.

All you said is just history and history is not even a science, I don't believe in it. Even science itself isn't certain and decisive.
Besides, What does DNA have to do with what language you speak?

European Americans DIDN'T enslave west Africans because they were stronger than others (picking cottons doesn't require so much strength), they did that because west Africans have self hatred and slave mentality. Look at south Africa, (some of) the Bantus kill Nigerians out of xenophobic insecurities, in the east, Hutus and Tutsies have been killing each other out of jealousy.
Why in the hell the strong west Africans should let themselves become slaves of weak skinny short Arabs?! Even today, many of black Africans are treated like slaves in northern AFRICA! Man, that is the worst thing anyone can do to a person.
Have some self respect people; if you sell your brother into slavery, you will be treated like slaves too, and this is why all people around the world see the west Africans as slaves. I'm sure Libya will conquer the whole west Africa only in a week, why? Because those Arabs know the west Africans will accept their rule, but they won't do anything to, for example, Eritreans, because they know Eritreans will resist against them!

Sir, it is not a black thing. Humans all over the world fight themselves when they tend to be oppressed. Best unity is when you respect each other boundaries. Europe is the most fragmented continents with countries so small that 10 of them can fit into Nigeria.

They realized that they have distinct culture and way of life and divide along that line in other to develop at natural speed, afterwards, they decided that in spite of the difference, they can accomplished many things together so they formed the European Union.

Yugoslavia was divided, Czechoslovakia, USSR etc and today they exist in mutual respect. But in Africa, a group is forcing others to remain in an unwilling union and you are talking about black awareness?

It is not a black thing, it is common human sense

I did not state that the African countries should remove their borders and all become one country, I never denied the right of independence for anyone.

When you force people to be with you so that you can exploit their resources, how can unity work.

Visit "realhistorywwDOTcom", these kind of works bring self black awareness to the black society. People must know who they were and what made them what they're today. That way, they don't kill each other for BS reasons.

These are my proposals:
1- Eugenics: I don't mean we should make all people look like each other, no. There are many ethnic groups in Africa of whom many are physically stronger, taller, and more good-looking than others, we should let these people breed more than the rest. For example the Senegalese, Malian and Nilotic people should have the chance to breed more than for example Pygmies, in result African people in future will be taller, stronger and more good-looking in general compared to what they look today. Notice I do not encourage genocide.
2- Focus on engineering courses and useful degrees: Some degrees such as Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Literature, and so on aren't so much needed in today's African society because these degrees are only needed when a society is in its relaxing time. Meaning, today, Africa needs countless engineers, not psychologists.
3- Acceptance of each other's differences and, in result, unification of Africa: Africans should support each other despite their different nationalities; a Zulu, a Burkinabe, a Senegalese, a Somali, an Ethiopian all are black Africans, your different facial and body features must not be the cause of division among you. This unification is only achieved when you understand all black people are equally black in the other men' eyes.

Have you ever heard white nationalists claim that "whites are stronger than blacks because ALL the world's strongest men have been white"?, this is a lie, there have been many blacks among the world's strongest men that some of them are O.D. Wilson, Mark Henry, and Mark Felix.

I think African people (except Pygmies) could be the tallest and biggest people in the world if they could receive the same amount of protein and vitamins in their food. That's why black people in Europe are, in many cases, bigger and more muscular than the white Europeans.

Have you ever wondered why a large number of the Somalis look like each other? Genetics says Inbreeding.
Maybe that's why the Somalis are Caucasoid, maybe the first Somalis were some Caucasoid blacks and they reproduced themselves and all this fuss saying they are Caucasoid because they are mixed with whites, is just a hoax.

True, and this is why most of the modern Arabs are light-skinned. The original Arabs could not be light-skinned because Arabia is close to the horn of Africa and Arabic is an Afro-Asiatic language. They probably looked like modern Somalis, because Arabs, who are mostly light-skinned, and the Somalis, who are Caucasoid blacks, speak two different languages that have the same root.

Yes, there are some East Africans in this forum who didn't/don't see themselves as black and insulted other Africans; especially some Somalian trolls before this year. But there are also good Ethiopians and Somalians in this forum I know. Every country has positive and negative ppl.

The reason why you and me signed up is similar. I myself also saw hate comments towards other Africans by Horn of Africans. Seriously I got mad and signed up this April to tell my fellow African brothers and sisters that we ain't different from black and the bad comments here don't define us all and at the same time to advertise my country to other ppl also.

My first post here was to apologize what ppl in my area said and to express my love for my fellow Africans.

Is there any Pygmy tribe in Nigeria? If yes, what percentage of Nigerians are pygmies?

Hi every body;
I'm not an African, I'm originally from Iran.
The reason I signed up to this site is that I was googling some information about some Nigerian tribe and I stumbled upon this site and I found it interesting.
I've noticed that some of the east African users of this site use the word "Negro" (and its adjective "Negroid) as an insult for calling west African people as if they themselves are Nordic white Europeans!
It seems that they have never been to Europe and have never had any contact with European people, 'cause in their (European) opinion even people of Georgia, Armenia and Turkey cannot be considered white! And in my view the majority of people of Iran, Azerbaijan and Pakistan, who are white compared to, for instance, the Somalis, are not white! So saying east Africans are not black just because they are smaller in size compared to west Africans, or because they are more Caucasoid than them, is beyond ignorance. If you want my opinion, people of Ethiopia, Somalia, and Eritrea are all black.
Let's not forget that most of the famous African people have had west African ancestors.
