Wow! The theme is so awesome!
But to make it a ballad, we need to re-arrange it.

First is that a ballad usually comes in a 3 line stanza with a rhyme pattern of AAB

The 3rd line of every stanza is usually the same throughout the same, providing some kind of chorus for the poem.

This might look hard, but its so so easy.

But if you don't want to go through all the stress of a ballad, this is good enough for free verse!

We just need to put into stanzas. You can do that can't you Lol
Trying to decide your stanza pattern is one of the most interesting things in a poem.
You can make it 4 lines per stanza, 5 lines, 3 lines.
Even 2 lines. Try many ways and check which one looks most beautiful and organised to you. That's it.

I can help change this into a ballad using this story on the weekend if you think it'll be too hard for you to do. I'll give some tips on how to make it easier too.

The Light- a ballard(I think) Laykorn!!

Everyday in heaven a light shines so bright dat d angels use it in praises 2 d creator, and d light helps so wel dat not even a corner is dark. Then one day God decides 2 find out from which part f his galaxy d bright light emanates from; lo and behold as he looked into his golden globe he caught sight f somethn extremely beautiful , he saw in d not 2 distant planet cald earth a woman whom he created from a certain man's ribs and they were stil in existence both born in d 80s and 70s respectively somwhere in d beautiful continent f africa precisely in a nation cald Nigeria, in d waterlogged city f lagos, in d serene town f ajah lived this beautiful couple whose LOVE sparked so bright dat it shone 2 heaven. The Creator smiled as he covered his globe raining blessins on them.

Its an old poem I wrote some tyme ago
