BabaO2:Who is more Nigerian than igbo? Is there any better symbol of Nigeria than the igbo? An igbo man even created Nigeria. |
The only policy of this government that I can score 30% is Npower. At least the delusion lasts for a year before reality sets in again. Trader moni is complete nonsense. If it was a sort of unemployment / welfare benefits for the poor, I can understand. But to use such paltry sum as your job creation policy is crazy. Even the women selling okrika on the streets in yaba pay more than 10,000 for space alone, let alone those with shops. These people are not serious at all. Committing our future in their hands is dangerous. |
Bragalane:When they vote in 2019, go and invalidate it. |
These abokis have too many opinion about Niger-delta oil. You would think they actually own it, or their land is in close proximity to the Niger delta. They don't see us talking about whatever solid minerals they have. |
AkpaMgbor:Most of these arrogant people are from the region that languished in opposition for 16 years. They are like Money miss road. |
Why not send those rice to idp, you inbred lunatics? Even in the south, there are so many people begging on the streets, orphanages, e. t. C Those rice bags will go a long way. The problem of Nigeria has always been proper resource utilization. |
Reminds me of that akoko edo girl in my class that year. She no go let me read in peace for night class. RTSC teach me transport phenomena, RTSC teach me linear programming, RTSC teach me aspen hysys. RTSC when are we going to treat questions on reservoir engineering? She go disturb me sotay, I want to scream. But na babe, so I go just mellow, con teach am. When results comes out, RSTC dey get 4.6, she dey get 4.8. She Dusted everybody in class ,consistently. |
anochuko01:I guess someone has already done the honours. |
XhosaNostra:Monkey no fine but him mama like am. |
XhosaNostra:A monkey is not fine, but his mother likes him. |
cococandy:Who are the men complaining about it? The men complaining are not from igboland and their opinions don't matter. If a man cannot afford 500k for his in-laws, then what is he doing with a wife? He should go hustle. Check out the amount of money some tribes spend on senseless parties every Saturday, buying various aso ebi every now and then, it is far more expensive than a once in a lifetime marriage. Besides, most igbos are monogamous unlike some other tribes. It is once in a lifetime. So it has be done well. |
BTW, ipob is very stupid for asking igbos to sit out the election. Very very stupid. |
This man fears ipob more than even the terrorists. Must be a hang over of the biafran war. |
NdiaraIGBO:We dey talk, fowl sef dey talk. You must not have learned that igbos don't respond well to empty threats. The obasanjo case will never happen again. Vote for your people and we will vote ours. |
If it was before, tinubu's boys on nairaland would come and tell us how ambode deserves it more and is by far the best in Nigeria. Now they can't say it anymore due to the dilemma they currently find themselves. |
Marriage is not for boys In the olden days, barns of yams were used to show wealth especially towards the bride's family. Nowadays, it has modernized to other things, but the concept is still the same. |
What nonsense? Nobody begged you to come marry. In India, women pay dowry while In some parts of Nigeria, a man must show the strength of his arm financially before he can marry a woman. Different strokes for different folks. It used to be barns of yams in the olden days as depicted in Chinua Achebe "things fall apart" and has now modernized to other material things. What ever works. As long as failed men are weeded out. If in your place, they give out women two for five naira, all well and good. Your sense of good is not universal. |
Banter1:You can ban them from voting pdp. As long as your apc president is banned from Niger delta oil. |
Larryndelaw:It is called opposition. That is what they do. Let pdp win and see if they will react to anything apc does. |
Nathdoug:Wizkid is his house boy. How much wizzy get? |
ProWalker:And that is how it will be for the foreseeable future. Igbos voted for obasanjo. It will not happen again. |
ClearFlair:Borno came out enmass for buhari. Shortly afterwards after some days, we saw them fighting for rice and beans and oil with many of them stampeding themselves in the process. There was even a report many of them have been starved to death in the idp camps. Go to the north west, the poverty there is heart wrenching, and it has only gone worse. Come down to Yoruba land among the common people, I don't need to tell you the state of their financial health. Poverty is rampant there. Which has seriously worsened. Now I am not saying that those that hate buhari are rich, but they certainly are surviving better compared to the sai buhari hordes. |
The irony of it is that the people supporting buhari the most are the people most affected by his government. I am not talking about the elites now. I am talking about the common people. |
kolaaderin:So fashola and osibaanjo that said Yorubas should vote for buhari because of 2023 presidency are igbo, abi? Don't worry, we will take whatever you dish out. And our revenge will be served very cold. |
There are probably a highly significant number of igbo voters outside the region as well as in igboland. Is it a good or bad? It remains to be seen. But It is why we have voted for every winning president since 1999. It only took a coalition of six regions to take us to opposition. And the guy that won did it with just 2 million votes difference. Unless buhari is going to muster that same coalition as he did in 2015, then this election could be interesting. |
kolaaderin:And we will remind you in the future that we cannot vote a Yoruba candidate. Nobody has monopoly of bigotry. |
na girls wey worwor dey arrogant pass. See as she be like man. |
lol See some people's Messiah. |
And we will repay them back in the fullness of time. Nobody has a monopoly of bigotry. |
unity004:You can see the uproar it generated. That shows it is unusual. If it was in Yoruba land, it is business as usual. |
sweetgala:So half the state is wrong and you are right? If he wants to express himself freely, he should do it as a common civilian. An elected official is not supposed to express himself anyhow. |
wirinet:And hence is Nigerian territory whose citizens are able to run for the Nigerian presidency. Unlike maradi in Niger Republic where buhari comes from , whose citizens by all intents and purposes are not supposed to run for any elective position in Nigeria, let alone the presidency. |
