Wat's d disagreement about d scrapping of putme all about? It is even more better ni,dat it should b scrapped. private schools dat don't conduct putme, don't dey have good and qualified graduate? Wat we should b agitating for is d provision of jobs to d unemployed graduates dat are on ground instead of creating avenue for graduates to become unemployed again!
