Produce first na before you start exporting. Why seeking validation by making statement of intent without verified capacity to deliver |
RollinTNDA:If Jonathan is not a big fool forever, he supposed to dare these never do well Yoruba people opposing him for tribal reason. And if he wins, deal.with them decisively |
Not really crashing. Most banks beside 4 out of the big 5 FUGAZ banks are not yet able to meet their deadline of January 2026 500billion imposed by CBN and as such must merge or be sold by January 2026. Surprisingly, fintechs such as opay, Fairmoney, money point which operate as microfinance banks are required to recapitalise with just 50 Billion, still they have not been able to pay up and that also looks suspicious considering the volume of transactions handled by the fintechs. Though 2 of these 3 fintechs may not have trillions in their account because of their model of operation where they pay customers 15 to 17% interest per annum on their savings, but they should be able to recapitalise with just 50 Billion. If by December, they have not met this requirement, then they are up to something |
SpaceX:especially when energy is directed wrongly. Rather than go to school and do business, the fulanis focus is to kill non fulanis, burn down their investments. In the long run no serious company wants to come to such environment. It's as if the entire Fulani tribe is cursed. Though they hide under north and islam but it's obvious fulani is a terrorist tribe |
WizardOfNG:Nigeria is only important as a dump site for Chinese products. Nothing more. Nigeria is not a sizable partner to china in all ramifications and Nigeria has nothing to offer china except being it's dump site |
MCentral:That corruption factor is a blackman thing. Black people are not serious about blocking and preventing corruption so they don't make their rules very clear and they don't attach jail terms to violations of the rules inorder to create room for corruption. Similar laws are obtainable in UAE and China and it does empower their citizens economically. Violation of rules in china and UAE comes with stiff punishment and jail terms. That's why it works |
Maybe the specific website has blacklisted MTN IPs. I have same issue on Airtel. I can browse all websites on my Airtel including GitHub.com but I cannot download any android studio app hosted on GitHub pages as long as it is Airtel. But if I switch to MTN it downloads. Either the ISP blocks that website IP or the website is blocking the ISP public IP. Like someone said a VPN will help. Your best bet is to download tor VPN /onion browser. As someone also mentioned earlier,4G not yet everywhere. Same with 5G. You have to be sure the 5G showing in your device is not fake by testing the 5G speed using speed testing website. 5G should be able to give you 1GB per second download speed. Anything less than that is fake. So MTN may have renamed 4G network in your area to 5G without upgrading the devices. |
Yes, china, UAE, South Africa has such law where 20 to 25% of shares must go to their indigenes freely or easily if you want to do business in their country. It is their own way of empowering locals and it works for them This news looks strange to nigerians because they come from a country where politicians do not have their interests at heart and there are no laws to empower the citizens. If not, MTN, DStv, stanbic ibtc, sterling banks which are south African banks by now would have been made to equally donate 25% of their shares to Nigerians rather than repartriate their entire profits abroad in the name of paying dividends to south African investors. Even Mobil, Chevron, coca cola, etc can be made to do same. The advantage of this is that the company can hardly park up and leave your country in time of economic downtime when indigenes own not less than 25%. Foreigners will simply sell their shares and leave indigenes to run the business. Also reduced capital flight and less pressure on dollar since the company won't need dollars to pay dividends to local investors Other ways Nigerian govt fails to empower it's citizens which other African countries with enlightened leaders do include: negotiate visa free travel agreement with western, African and developed countries in Asia; have a US styled tax rebate arrangements with foreign countries for Nigerians with dual citizenship; allow individuals to control their resources and take tax as a govt; arrange for govt to govt foreign work placements for your indigenes with developed nations as done by Kenya/Ethiopia/Zimbabwe and Germany/UK govt; let every local government council sponsor foreign scholarships with their over N400m monthly allocations. Nigerian govt is the most shortsighted govt known to mankind |
Spandau:Yoruba cannot take their mumu protest to Abuja, they will be killed there |
Royalty83:don't worry, by the time bandits from Kwara and kogi overrun ekiti, osun and Ibadan, you Yoruba people will desire to organise a protest in Lagos and you will see the other southern tribes taunting you rather than support you given the way you rejoice at their misery. Every other tribes are watching Yoruba behaviour and noting it. Before tinubu finishes his 2nd tenure, bokoharam and bandits would have reached Lagos or overrun most of the south west - looking at their current speed |
CodeTemplarr:some of the APC Yoruba folks are pitiable creatures. They like to call white black just to feel some air of importance |
seunmsg:Nigeria will not end. The SS and SE people will not join to fight a Yoruba war. That was in the past. When the SS and SE were mobilising protests for abiola . We have seen the selfish behaviour of the SW and will not join Yoruba to fight their fight if Fulani decides to remove tinubu via coup. Afterall the SW joined with the Fulani in a coup against the SS. And the SW has never supported us at the national assembly for resource control. Neither have they supported SE to peacefully have their Biafra. So why should we fight when the SW is short-changed by the north they align with? There is no reason for that and absolutely no way we will support the breakup of Nigeria if it happened that the SW are the ones pushing for it because they were short-changed |
They will not be able to do anything to SS or SE. The only soft region they will easily takeover is south west. South west already have Muslims that will justify the activities of the terrorists citing relevant quran chapters, the hadith and surah |
oz4real83:This is a settled fact. How many technology blog, Software Programming blog, Travel Blog, Education Blog owned by Nigerians are successful? The successful ones are the gossip blogs lindaikeji, , ⁵ |
olabrad:They are migrant Yoruba settlers. Just because their parents migrated to kogi a century or two ago doesn't give them right to annex kogi lands. The Fulani emirate owns Kwara, kogi and the Hausa majority states. Any land where 40% are Muslims is owned by the sultan who conquered those territories long ago. Non muslims are allowed to live there as long they pay tax to the emirate. The bandits didn't step.out of their law. You have to respect the law of the land as enshrined by your host. The fulanis are only enforcing their ownership rights by driving out the Yoruba settlers who have trespassed and refuse to be submissive to their host by paying tax which non Muslims in conquered territories must pay or they face the sword option. In the far north, many conquered communities have agreed and negotiated to resume paying taxes to the fulanis as enshrined in the Qur'an. Yoruba settlers either negotiate and pay their tax or face the sword option. This is the Qur'an. |
Brenbentondiaz:you are already destroyed |
erniok:"I too know" dey worry you . You should state the power sector development if you know anything I don't already know |
Moroccoguy:I don't know if you Yoruba guys have comprehension problem. Is there no accountant in osun state. Why nominate pharmacist for an accountant role. Square peg in round hole leads to incompetence. You support rubbish and still wonder why Nigeria is an anyhow country? Unless you appoint or employ people to do jobs they were trained for, no company will grow. Politicians decide the direction of the country and give final approval to proposals. If the politicians have no base knowledge of the department he is heading, he will not be able to drive innovation there. |
kokoA:Bond and treasury bid are forms of govt borrowing from the people instead of borrowing from the international bodies or banks. A treasury bill maturity period bill is shorter. Typically, 3 months to 1 year. A bond maturity period is typically 4 to 10 years. Bonds have higher interest rates and govt only pays back your money after maturity period. But interest may come at the end of before the end of maturity period. Debt management office and CBN coordinates this borrowing program. If you are interested in borrowing govt your money, simply walk to your bank and apply, the money will be deducted straight from your bank account |
zero8zero:the problem with eggheads Produce your facts here since you are proving you.kmow something about the Siemens deal. You ended up saying nothing |
tribalism, cronyism is blind to professionalism. Yoruba culture and Fulani culture are naturally feudal. Feudalism promotes cronyism not excellence. As long as Feudal minded Yoruba man or a feudal minded Fulani man is president, Nigeria will never make progress. Because their background promotes not loyalty but cronyism over competence. How could a pharmacist be doing the job meant for an accountant just because he is a crony? |
Rotten country. This minister of power seems to be an accomplice with the power companies that are now fleecing Nigeria dry with this electricity subsidy scam sort of. Both citizens and the country now pay for what they don't receive. Politicians keep spending millions of dollars to buy metres every year but those meters never reaches electricity consumers. Multifaceted crime perpetuated against the Nigerian people by the electricity companies and the ministry of power led by the minister of power. If Nigeria was china, this man and the last minister appointed by buhari should be in jail right now for corruption. Where is the money wasted on Siemens deal? That deal has been abandoned for a china deal and in years to come Nigeria will pay fines in billions after arbitrage court sittings in Europe for the monkey behaviour of tinubu and the minister of power that abandoned kyaris Siemens deal for an audio china deal in the power distribution sector |
This is Yoruba people way of defending their own ie Yoruba president. It's by spreading misinformation, and conspiracy theories inorder to divert attention from the tinubu failure which is failure of the Yoruba race. The only courageous people that speak truth without looking face were the few elders in afenifere but many have grown old and died. Now is a new generation of yorubas who have no spine but spill in any direction and dances for anyone who throws money at them. A new generation of highly tribalistic, erratic people without moral compass |
What is wrong with the Njoku? Why couldn't he use places like Abuja, port Harcourt, Kano and Enugu for his arts exhibition? What is the obsession of the Igbos with promoting of Lagos state despite the obvious hostilities? I am beginning to believe the Yoruba narrative that Igbos cannot live without Lagos? What's the Lagos obsession all about? |
Samantha125:This is the craziest form of bullying I have read about |
