Hi, yes many are confused of the roof to use, because they asked too many questions from too many people, when they are not even at the roofing stage. Like for a example, a client as his site supervisor how much can he used to cover his 5 bed room bungalow, He said 700 METERS.... Which can cost like 1.8M without other accessories. If you ask of estimate for roofing without wood work, people will give different cost that will troll you away from the roofing sheet you really like.

Simple solution: If you Love to use Stone coated roofing sheet, Go ahead do a wood work of roof tile with purlin of 14 by quarter, if after the wood work is done and its measured physically by correct installer and the quotation is above your budget, switch to Aluminium Metrocopo OR Steptile Or Longspan. All These roofing materials will work perfectly on the wood work of Stone coated roofing sheets.

Note, the difference that can be between 0.55mm Metrocopo aluminium and Stone coated roofing sheets is like 250k or less. So Take NOTE of this for client who intend to use stone coated roofing.
