I have read all 400 plus contributions and I need help🙏

My marriage just hit 7 years on August 26th and we are dealing with Male factor (Azoospemia).

Did varicocele surgery about four years back and the analysis still read zero for all parameters

Meet with another urologist in a different state. He requested for a diagnosis called TRUS(Transrectal ultrasound ) and found out that there is an inflammation in the seminal vesicles.
Has been taking drugs, yet no improvement.
Age is no longer at my side as I am already 36 by Dec.I have never been this confused in my life
Meet a Doctor this week and he ask we go for Donor sperm as once.


I need assistance here?

Has anyone had such an issue and end up victorious?

Would you advice I go for Tesa?

I need suggestions on Hospital that can do Tesa/Ivf in Portharcourt

And lastly I need any advice, word of hope or anything that can help me because it seems I am bringing to lose it bit by bit.

Sir how well do you trust your wife? Probably your wife don't want you to sell the car so she has to involve her mum in the plan. Come to think of it what will give her such audacity if her daughter is not in support. So I advice u tell your wife in a polite way though to talk to her mum. Cheers

The lord want u to be closer to him, read his words, the best prayer is the one u make by yourself, speak positively into your life and then do not fold your arms just keep on applying and the lord will manifest his self in your situation.
