Hi, Please,is it compulsory to go to WAEC Head office before I can send my transcript to WES or can I do that from any WAEC state office?secondly we are being asked to get an affidavit for the waec result.Is it apllicable to only those who's result dose not carry their picture or every body.Thanks alot |
