Can 1 be able to switch over from HND Computer Engineering to B.Sc Electrical Engineering especially in Unilorin?

If eventually FG meet up the demands of ASUP especially the removal of the dichotomy btw HND and B.sc holders, what do you think will be the fate of those already into PG, DE or those that are through with theirs? Don't u think their PG cert will be invalid?......waste of time and resources.
