PLEASE SIR TELL ME HOW TO UN-SUSCRIBE FROM MTN musicplus plan oooo, customer care agent keep telling me to send NO to 5900 but it doesn't work jhare, last time you were the one who helped me cancel it but this time I need the valid procedure to cancel it myself when i don't have airtime sufficient for it plsssss oooooo

SOLUTIONS
1. root it (kingroot 4.0.1 or 4.1.0) + 5mb stable data of any network that is fast at your side
2. Drain till about 0%
3. Before it goes off itself delete batterystats.bin (root folder/data/system/batterystats.bin)
4. After it goes off completely, plug it in to a good fast charger
5. Make sure it is off while charging and leave it for 4 hours minimum

NOTE: if u remove it before FULL 4 HOURS UNINTERRUPTED CHARGE don't come back here and ask me any qstn why it performs worse than before o. Make sure NEPA is stable when you will do it

Comment later if it gets better

But when I want to transfer using USSD code *600*no*amount*pin#
I get the reply "you cannot use this service pls contact customer care"

I'm a victim of this itel prime dpi thing. I changed by dpi to 180 from 160 via a build.prop tweak. Since then, the phone became unusable because of some com.android.systemui has stopped and launcher3 has stopped errors, which are aggressively persistent. I don't want any advice on how to fix it myself, Please i just want to ask the guys that have had similar experience these two questions:
1. Were they able to fix it for you at carlcare?
2. If yes, please how much were you charged?
3. How many hours/days did you have to wait to get back your tab

I didn't take mine to carlcare when it happened to me o, fixed it myself with serious sweat and prayer, #how i solved it still baffles me till today becos d method didn't work for someone else i suggested it to#

Please can this tablet support a 32gig memory card? I put one yesterday and since then my phone has been acting a bit funny. All the videos and music i transfered into it aint playing. Even the pictures sent into it via bluetooth isnt showing.
Or is it that the memory card is bad?

Secondly,my tab is warning me of low memory. I have moved the apps to the memory card,even mistakenly wiped all the music and pictures i had and the same problem is still persisting
