microsoft word,microsoft word, u might b having problem with the operating system i.e xp and vista,my guess is you typed on one sys. and printed on another,note the microsoft word version u typed with an save it as 2003,this normally happens when you save in 2007 word and get to print in another version,but then it could not have even opened for printing,

go to youtube,and type php you would see countless vids.

advisablely go to w3schools.com and get in tune with their online editor from basic html,css,xml,asp,javascript down to php.
