i don't know if u can track it with 1.8m. i use one of these 12015h 27500 or 11938h 27500, i can't seem to recall the signal strength, it's been over a yr

Yes,you can track AFN on intel906 @ 64e quite easily with a 2.4m (even on a 1.8m). It can be combined with ur 68.5e. To make it easier,ur primary should be 64e and then attach ur 68.5e few cm on top. If u want maximum viewing pleasure u can get a 3rd lnb and add 57e to ur set up,but that is if u are not motorized. If u are motorized two cband lnbs are enough.

does 57E requires dielectric? I have 2.4 motorized dish.
