Oh my God, I never knew this Tizeti Service can be this horrible. I called tizeti to find out if there was any coverage in my area at Alagbole but I was told there wasn't any coverage. A few weeks later I got a text, stating that I can now have coverage and that I should make payments. I called their customer service who corroborated that there was coverage. I was over the moon, thinking that this was a bargain, as I wanted to leave smile network which had a very expensive unlimited wifi (not unlimited capped at 80GB). I went ahead to make payment for installation and one-month subscription, to my surprise I got a call a few minutes later that they were sorry and that there wasn't any coverage. I have asked for a refund and its like pulling a bone from a dog's mouth. I have been calling all week to get a refund of my N45,000. I kept hearing stories, sales dealing with it, or they would call me back. It is a total nightmare, please, my people be very careful. I am experiencing really bad customer experience. Shine your eyes very well, I didn' t even get the chance to try the network. I am not even interested anymore, I need my money #tizeti.
