Well this is a legal and moral issues... Something that is legal may not be ideal and something that is ideal may not be legal... What the lawyer is asking is right legally. Because the federal government outght to have act more wisely when entering the contract with him.. However the lawyer is a Nigeria and morally he should understand the fact that he can not hold the Government of Nigeria to ransome owing to the fact that he is legal expert..
