A lot of souls had been destroyed through this sinful act. Our eyes are like receptor of signals to the mind, when used to receive this devils films or pictures ,one has already been attacked by the arrow of satan.
The persistence of this make ones lustful desire to become more higher and higher until one put such into actions by seeking illegal means "Zina"( among the unmarried ) or extra marital affairs in case of married individuals..
Pornography.
This is the hub of devil headquarter of soul destruction..virtually 5 out of 15 teenagers that uses smart phones visit pornography sites or watch sex films on their phones at least 4 times a week ..

3.when a family or other party lay claim to your land
It simply meas the title on the land that was used to sell the land is either backdated or not genuine
Because before c.of o will be issued such land must have been
A.advertised on daily new paper .

B.registered survey with pillar of survey erected on the land,
C.delaration of ownership in court,
D.valid deed of assignment
E.,stamp duty, etc
Amd it takes some time to be issued as government officials also verify the claim of the vendor applying for c.of o. with land accessmment

5 should there be any dispute on land sold with c.of o ,you need to hold your vendor into ransome ..l mean the seller must have to refund provided you have good sales contract.

6.the c.of .o should also be verified to know how genuine the said documents. There is a charge call ground rent that is to be paid yearly on such landed property is your vendor paying?
