They have cleared promotion backlog by promoting about 1500 staff, increased performance bonuses and end of year benefits.
Something might come up (when? Not sure)

They are so slow in their activities particularly this recruitment. Most likely intentional so a lot can lose interest waiting and move on. But we die here
