Job Description
Ensure the team follows all service management processes to provide effective services to clients.

Managed complex multiparty relationships involving clients to ensure that the responsibility for resolving issues was correctly identified and action taken by the appropriate parties.

Full life cycle analysis and documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Implementation Plans.

Adhere to appropriate departmental procedures and practices (such as auditing requirements, control procedures and incident management procedures)

Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.

Develop policies such as incident management plan, change management plan, disaster recovery plan and processes to implement the policies

Assisting the business development team in establishing Service Agreements and Support Plans
Monitoring and reporting on service performance

Contributing to remediation of service incidents and continuous improvement of service delivery

Working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality

Producing test plans and ensuring they are followed

Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

Take responsibility for capacity management and platform scaling

Work with project teams to investigate complex issues, identify and implement solutions to
re-occurring problems.

Develop and execute test cases
