High population is ok and focusing on a city with high population is very important but at times, it may not necessarily be important at least with my little experience. I have a domain of a city with about 2 million population but no reply for 3 months now even though it's a good name and was recommended to me by an experienced domainer here.

Some people say it's grace that may make a sale to happen, well, I don't know if that is true.o One can sell a domain with about 20 end users and less than 40k population while the other ones with high population and end users will still be smiling at you.

You will need luck to get a buyer here. Why not start with city of 100k.

I use fone since when I started domaining. Only use PC for my inventory record.
And manual outbounding is the most effective. With only 10 leads u can be confident to get sale.
