The politics APC want to play is quite clear,It is Bola Tinubu that will release Maxi KANU from detention as a way to placate the Igbos.

If he does this, a wide spectrum of Igbos including their leaders will garner support for him.

I also see BAT appointing Igbos into juicy position in his government.

Tinubu should not release Kanu.

Kanu should die in prison.

Business / Re: Dangote Refinery Begins Operations Amid Lingering Fuel Crisis by Saga16: 7:46am On May 12, 2023
Papilagreen:
Okay let me add my 2cents.. see to me I believe dangote refinery is already dead on arrival..

My points below..

I live in America and I can see the fast evolutions of mobility..
In the present day where we have trains that are faster that a speeding bullet shot out of the barrel of an AK-47..

Firstly 8 states in America already passed a bill to ban all petroleum fuel cars and switch to electric..
Hell I live in a mini town I won't say small but mini cause the town get level pass Abuja Lagos and jos put together is nothing compare. So when I stand outside my front yard say I take my dog out to go do her poop thing.. if I count 20 card drive by 12 are either all electric or hybrid..

Infact every car manufacturing companies are now switching to EV..

It's not just America it balls down to China Germany Russia Japan etc u name it..

Unless dangote wants to lobby in the Senate house to pass a bill for only petroleum cars and even at that, all automobile companies plan to switch to full EV by 2030.. it's already done on arrival.. unless dangote plans to build a car manufacturing company in Nigeria solely for gas cars i.e petroleum fuel car, if that's not his aim then that company is dead on arrival..

Funny part is our leaders they all stupid they travel abroad and they see all these and they still mumu think say petroleum n the future..
It's not.. even Dubai and Saudi Arabia are now switching from oil which they have in over mass quantity and switching to tech like AI and robotics because they know the petroleum they have will be obsolut soon enough. I guess dangote don't have goo business and financial advisors..
What he would have done if I was him is build a battery powered plant Nigeria have huge deposited of lithium if he was smart enough then he would have been the one supplying EV batteries to all EV companies and while those EV will be at competition he would have been on the safe side cause he will do good business world wide... Maybe na fuel for generators him wan dey supply for in the future I guess .

Are oil companies still into exploration?

If so, what for?

is it Falz that is in charge of providing health facilities for Nigerians?

Pls where is buhari and what is he doing were he is?

There are good hospitals in Nigeria both publicans private.

Falz has the right to patronise anything he desires nut he mocks his own case by doing exactly what he criticises.

It's funny how some who claim to despise Mazi Kanu and IPOB lurk on nairaland all day....waiting for any thread on the aforementioned to surface so they can dive in to post the same absolute cra'p they repeat over and over again! You look at all the shit going on in Nigeria today, yet you reckon Mazi Kanu is your biggest problem and the hegemonic state illegally holding on to him will help you sleep well at night!?

Kanu should die.

He isn't better than Dr. Akunyili.

Politician are people who during campaign make all types of promises of how they are the best people to fix the country , once they are voted into power, they loot funds meant to fix the country and run abroad for vacations and medical treatments , so how is falz a citizen that has never held any political office be the same?

I have presented several hospitals they built.

Why can't Falz practice what he preaches?

You've not answered the question...

Si here it is again:

Okay let me make it easy for you..when tinubu was governor of lagos for 8 years which hospital did he build to go to for surgery and treatment?

We are talking about Falz here.

I have shown you several hospitals that are government owned that can treat Falz but you seem fascinated with dancing aoujg them.

I even gave you one built by Obi which should be capable of treating Prince Falz.

If the Nigerian government who built and equipped these hospitals are scared of getting themselves treated in there, why should citizens not be scared ?

The citizens are just like the politicians they mock.

Do you know how much politician pay abroad for medical treatments ? Why can't they pay that money in Nigerian hospitals for same treatment?

Politicians are evil, corrupt, worse than the devil.

They go abroad for treatment.

Oh by the way, Falz does the same.

mention one government hospital and the location

Edo specialist hospital.

Kano cancer center.

Muhammad Buhari specialist hospital, Kano.

Note:

Falz did not use a government hospital abroad.

Rather he paid a lot for the treatment.

If he had paid half of the money spent in Nigeria, he would have equal if not better treatment.

If you claim there are good hospitals in Nigeria, why do Nigerian politicians run abroad for medical attention?

Same reason Falz has run abroad for.

No pride or confidence in oneself.

I just showed you a photo of a newly built and well equipped hospital.

If Falz got treated in UK and he isn't resident there, he must have spent at least the equivalent of 3500 pounds for the treatment alone.

Not to add the cost of his flight.

you are dumb oo, His criticism of them was for the government to provide quality health care system so citizens like him don’t have to go out for medical vacations.

No be hospital be this?

Falz, if not a British citizen, likely used a private hospital.

If he used a private hospital, he must have paid a lot for their service.

Ask him to pay half as much in Nigeria and watch him baulk at it .

You are only predicting. A private should use his or her money anywhere but not politicians who steal from the country and make law for doctors not to travel.

Another issue most Nigerians should eschew.

Not everyone that serves in government steals.

Many do enrich themselves using information they are privileged to know.

Same as Tony Blair, Al Gore and Donald Trump.

For what exactly. For using personal money for surgery? You want Falz to do surgery in Nigeria while your politicians run to London to treat headache? Clowns every where!

You mean like Tinubu or Obi?

Fact remains, Falz would make the same decision when faced with the same issues as those he critices.

Falz is simply a misguided youth who makes his livelihood through antagonism of anything in the public space.

When faced with the same dilemma as people he criticises, he makes the same decision.

But Falz said that anybody who is in Nigeria is just one sickness away from death.
So, if anybody has his ways and means, should just leave Nigeria.

If Falz said that,, then why would you expect him not to be the first person to stay off Nigeria??

He is talking rubbish.

Constant criticism of everything Nigerian is what is making the commoner lose hope.

Antagonism is what Falz and his crew sell.

There are many hospitals that would treat Falz.

The hypocrite cannot be criticising every thing public officers do yet when faced with the same scenario does exactly what they would do.
