The lastest news!!! A senior worker at d senate building told me dat d list is ready on computer bt it has nt bin opened in such a way dat people wil have acess 2 it.he even said dat there is a verdict dat everyone would have 2 buy #1000 card 4 checking their admission status starting 4rm next wek.my friend jst arrived 4rm ife 2day and he met wit d dean of tech who told him all lists concerning tech will leave his table early next week, (don't know where d list is going?).i heard also dat their is strike on campus!making d list a probable one next week!

@roguy,is ur name included in d list?and which engineering course did u apply?d list will be released officially by next week!

Lest i 4get,i also learnt dat d dean will include his own names(like 10)for elect summing up to 25 in general.so,chemical wil be up to 15 names depending on the no of qualified candidates.

@samystyler,elect/elect has d highest no of applicants.it seems up to 200 applied out of which jst 15 were choosen.infact,it was competitive as it was not based on merit cos 2 of my friends dt have distinction 4rm a neighbouring poly(fedpolyede)found their names missing on d list.even one graduated wit d highest cgpa in his set i.e last year(3.77/4.00)precisely.one of their friend frm same poly grad wit 3.07(upper credit)and was choosen courtesy of d power dat be.I also made distinction 4rm fedpolyede(2007)bt wit God and recommendation 4rm d faculty secretary,my name was included in d Hod list.Chemical engr is nt so dt competitive.u jst hv 2 pray cos i learnt less dan 30 applied bt don't know anytin abt their list.which schl do u grad?cos it also depends on your schl.preference is given 2 fedpolyede,ado,yabatech.

The fact is dat dis admission list is ready bt we don't know wat is resisting dem 4rm releasing it.they should release it b4 it bcomes useless to d concerned pple.

As far as i'm concerned,i can only provide vital info regarding DE list cos am also an admin seeker thru dis process.the truth is dt D.e list is out! Cos i've checked mine @ Hod's office elect.my friend dt applied 4 comp eng has also checked his.the list for faculty of tech is wit d dean prof T.a kuku.it's jst 15 names for my own dpt.anyone @ oau can confirm dis by going 2 hod's secretary elect 4 confirmation.
