Lee29: So it requires another governor to confirm no mosque was demolished, whereas churches are not even allowed to be built 'inside town' in places like Bauchi, Sokoto, and many other places in the north.
Speaks so much on the religion of this world Stop peddling Fake News, I lived in sokoto in 2007 and Churches litter the heart of Town. Ask anyone who lives in Sokoto to count the number of churches on Bello Wyay. You can also make use of Google map. |

Beremx: Even Goodluck Jonathan I heavily criticized would have taken drastic action in this situation. Our lifeless dullard of a President is still sitting at Aso Rock using toothpick to remove meat from his mouth pretending nothing happened. What is stopping him from showing his tyranny towards South Africa?
What a failure!! No doubt, Baba really falls our hand Ooo |
Politics › Nigerian Blogger, Abdulganiy Saad Narrates How Abacha Saved His Grandmom's Life by Sagtop(op): 2:33pm On Sep 04, 2019 |
Prominent Nigerian Blogger, Abdulganiy Saad took to his facebook page to react to the trending xenophobia in South Africa, The internet marketer narrated how the late Nigerian Head of States, General Sani Abacha acted and saved the lives of his grand mother and other Nigerians from rebel's den during the Sierra Leone civil war in 1996. Read him below My Grand Mother & other prominent Nigerian community leaders were arrested/Kidnaped by Sierra Leonean rebel during their civil war in 1996. They were packed and locked in a secluded room. The rebel leader told them they will be gone in 24hrs.
My Grandma asked for kettle to say her last prayer before they are killed. My cousin, Rahmat Moromoke Dikko made attempt to run from the camp but was resisted.
Few Hours later, the rebel leader recieved a call from Nigerian Head Of States, General Sani Abacha, He asked him to release Nigerians he kidnapped or else, he will turn the whole Sierra Leone to Ashes within 24hrs. My Grandma & other Nigerians on deathrow were quickly released, set free to find their ways back home.
Alhaja Narrated how they walk, took boat, rode donkeys & buses inside tick forest before they got their way back to lagos.
On their arrival, Abacha camped them, gave them food & settled them financially to start life again in Nigeria.
When Abacha died on June 8 1998, everyone was happy except my Grandma, she cried profusely. Haaa... Alaanu wa lo (Our helper is gone). I was like, Maami, Alanu wo, ema sun kun ma joor.
Today, I fully understand why Alhaja cried, A Bad Clock is always right twice daily. Omo buruku ni ojo tie.
Abacha's proactive measure saved the lives of my Grandma and other Nigerians in Sierra Leone that time.
Using fire Brigade approach to solve this reoccurring xenophobic problems against Nigerians in South Africa would have been good. We need to send some signal to SA that our people arent suya they can roast at will, we need to tell them that they dont have absolute cost advantage over us. We are all african and our bloods are mutually RED☹ Source: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=3018972608144740&id=100000960908020 |
