The APLs rumoured to being collected are for contract staff (Third Party) within some SBUs eg NPSC. It has nothing to do with the NNPC APL currently being anticipated.

I developed interest in data analysis after graduating. I've used statistical software such as STATA, E-VIEWS, and SPSS. Then, I wanted to learn more. That was when I found out about Python for data science.
