This is very wicked! The state is even the one to determine what percentage is to be deducted. That means the state may just decide to deduct 90% and leave LGA with 10. It should even be within 2days while them governors owe workers salaries for months. These guys are selfish and wicked. That bill must not see the light of the day! |
