Mr Everest:

i hope that Jacob Zuma would look into the situation and call his folks to order.

I pray he doesnt look into the issue yet, make we self deport them well well.

Toaskarity:

@Korrection

^^Im a Nigeria and dont worry I aint proving it, If you cant see where I said that I supported the Nigeria govt on this then you must be sick. I only argued about who will loose. remember their companies are controlling most of east and south africa economy not all about Nigeria.

Those company you think are owned by South Africa ant really owned by them, they are just foreign investor registering their company and establishing them here in SA because of the easy law here. if you watch the SA news you will find out they are always crying for job and demonstrating always because they dont have jobs only NAME. imagine a country that has only one bank (CAPITAL BANK) own by the white south africa, the rest bank and own by foreigners who registered and establishing here in SA. oprah winfrey investment here pass 100. mall etc but they act on them like it owned by SA. this people got nothing for real.

FG, keep up the good work, smiles

Foreign News Flash with Kayode Ogundamisi "Barely 24 hours after the second batch of 56 South African deportees were sent home, the Nigerian government said it has uncovered a prostitution ring ran by a high profile South African businessman with 67 prostitutes in his employment both in Abuja and Lagos. Consequently, the Federal Government has concluded plans to deport the 67 prostitutes who are believed to be HIV positive back to Jacob Zuma. The move is part of government deliberate policy to double the figure of the 125 Nigerians deported by South Africa before the consideration of any diplomatic solution to the lingering feud with the South African government." I am loving the President Goodluck Jonathan ''bolekaja'' diplomacy! You

Don't say that again, my only fear is for the corrupt leaders in Nigeria to have a change of heart and re-orientation then you will know who and who will loose out at the end of the day. Nigeria is a Goldmine island for business with 160 million population compare to South Africa with just 50.6 million population. Nigeria only have a few companies operating in SA such as Union Bank, First Bank, Philips consulting, News Media, Financial standard and ThisDay newspapers with other small scale Nigerian firms whereas South African Companies over 20 are dominating Nigeria and suppressing the indigenous Nigerian companies with the help of their useless Godfathers (Nigerians) who back them up because of the millions of bribes offer to them which include
MTN
DSTV
Eskom Nigeria
South African Airways
Stanbic Merchant Bank Nig Ltd
Multichoice Nigeria/M-Net and
Umgeni water
Defresh Products Nigeria Ltd
South Africa-Nigeria communication and system Ltd
Grinaker -LTA contruction Ltd
Protea hotels Critical rescue international
Global Outdoor Semces
Oracle airtime and many others

Do you think we won't have replacement for all these companies who offer nothing but to milk Nigerians. MTN in particular is the most expensive TELECOM coy in Nigeria as described by subscribers. Many of them offer bribe to many useless Godfathers to suppress indigenous companies so how do we grow? I don't care if South Africa deport all Nigerians in SA at least it will give them rest of mind but if we can also send packing all these South African Companies and allow our indigenous companies to grow then Nigeria will be a better place and more jobs will be created.

Gbammm over and out

kollinsfbi.

u will live even longer then you think.

see SA oh. a country that cant talk about 15 companies own buy them.

most are own by foreign investors using the name of SA.

all those companies you even listed are 95% of foreign share holders

including MTN. so what are we talking. Oil them no get. they got nothing

to offer Nigeria as a country so @ El Guapo

dont say such things about Nigeria abeg.

were we de help their economy for here , don

de get mouth oh. well what do you expect from a country where the

president (Pres. Jacob Zoma. only finish primary 6).  he act on what his

been told. he doesnt have a mind of his own. if his people say deport 9ja

that wat he approve, without acknowledging a genuine reason for the action.

I'm sure you are pleasantly surprise with everything, like now you know that

1.Nigerians and other African nationals are not hated by locals.
2.That the country's crime rate is ridiculously exxagerated
3.Local black people are doing extremely well
4.And politically South Africa is very vibrant and a free society
5.Infrustructure is developed and maintained at the world class standard
6

All the 5 are big lies, stop calling black white and white black. south africans dont like foreigners (if you watch this particular progrem on SABC where they show how foreigner are been killed coded by 8tas.) including they own zimba.

crime here is on the very high side. (ridiculously exaggerated as you called it)

the local black ppl have no job put and thats what MALAMA is fighting for remember.

political, ANC and PDP no different. just PDP in an advance way.

Infrastructure is 20% of new buildings and 80% of very old building though they have good maintenance.

I lived in Capetown for a year while studying for Masters. Beautiful city! It is relatively safe but avoid the following areas- Gugulethu, Kayelitsha and Nyanga. They are black ghettos with reported incidence of xenophobic attacks. The coloureds live in areas like Bellville, Delft, Mitchell plain and Belhar. The coloureds are friendly but avoid walking around those areas at night. Some of my colleagues fell victims of armed robbery attacks while moving around those areas at night. The safest areas are the white dominated areas like parklands, protea hills etc. Avoid the trains as much as u can. If you must board trains, avoid coaches with only few people. Infact, sit in crowded coaches. The public transport system is poor. I advise you buy or hire a car. That will help a great deal especially at night.

lol, best way to enjoy cape town is avoid blacks and colored. mostly colored because they ant friendly and they got the heart of stone. the white are cool but never admit you are 9ja. dont even talk about country, wrong unless they will finish u with yap.lol. i reside in sea port/water front area always safe and fun. but pretoria rocks for me, speed and safe train system, safe buses and meter cab. only wrong is just so much police every were because its a government area. and to many 9ja not doing anytin for a living.

yeah it is. i first get here on visit visa and checked ot if it works for me before i applied and get my study permit. get a job here after studies is 1 over 100. i have some friends that was recently layed out work because they Nigerians. their own people dont have job so for a foreigners its 1 over 100. but if you have the capital you could start up a business here and you gonna enjoying it. no restrictions for that. i reside in both cape and pretoria. doe my skool is in pretoria bur i shuttle cape alot.

most skool should have closed they dates now. why not look for for August, doe some skool will still be on but i will search that later am busy now.

Kul, thanks for your contrIbutions I'm grateful.but Iam going there for studies and nothing else.like one poster just said if y have the cash,y will enjoy schooling there.DO you no the conversion rate for 1dollar to 1 south african rand.do you know the cost of tuition for postgraduate studies, Is like($7000) or more.do you know the cost of Accommodation and feeding for one year MSC in SA.

the fee is higher than that in some institution but that ok to get you into their top 5 schools. though the payment option are flexible, you could pay your tuition every month no matter which country you from and you could also get bursary too as a foreign student . feeding is not much expensive, also transportation. but accommodation here is on the high side. for a bachelor (self contain) its like $400, then electricity and water all PM (par month).

dollar here fluctuate alot. last week it was 1 dollar = 8.29 rand but as at today its 1 dollar to 7.49 rand. lets say around 6.0 to 8.4 par dollar not higher or lower.

If you still interested, let me know, i will give you guild lines on here so others could learn also to my best knowledge. u know those SAQA equivalent things and others. Best of luck anyways.
