The drama took place in Federal High Court, Calabar Division in a matter involving the CMD of University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Dr. Thomas Agan and 6 others.
The lawyer for Dr. Agan, Mba Ukweni, SAN did make an application for release of documents used in securing bail for a deceased Defendant, who Kayode Oni have removed his name in an amended charge.
Upon making the application, Kayode Oni demanded for death certificate of the deceased Defendant whom he has removed his name from the charge.
The question that arose is, having removed the name of the Defendant from the charge, why demand for death certificate?
Even if the Defendant is alive, is he not entitled to the bail documents his name having been removed from the charge?
This goes a long way to answer the question why EFCC loose many of their cases as they persecute instead of prosecuting.

If its a dedpense error, how come I got a receipt with reference number mailed to me by the merchant?
The merchant acknowledged receiving the money so the money has nothing to do again with my bank. Its only N100 and I can forgo it. But that is the end of my romance with nairabet. I know no one will notice the absence of a trader in Alaba Market but I do hate incompetency.
