Its good to encourage tummy time for your baby. It helps to strengthen their back and neck bone. When these bones are strengthened it helps them to sit quickly, crawl quickly and also stand and walk on time.


Tummy time simply means laying your baby on the tummy when baby is awake.

I have twins, a boy and a girl of 8 months old. They can't sit alone unsupported yet. I hope it's not too late. And I notice, the lady eats better than the male. She eats almost anything we eat. But the guy doesn't take anything apart from bosom milk and pap. Should that be a concern?

it worked very well at the beginning but after some time it stopped working.
Then, It was only making my face lighter than the other parts of my body.

I then changed to skineal and the same thing happened
