That’s really commendable! However, I believe there’s still more that can be done—especially initiatives that directly impact Niger Delta youths. For instance, establishing major IT hubs in Delta (Asaba and Warri), Bayelsa, and Port Harcourt would be a game-changer. Such centers would positively engage many of our young people. Even when they can afford to learn tech skills, they often have to relocate to Lagos because there aren’t enough opportunities or facilities here in Delta State. I truly hope @Tompolo comes across this message. |

Dear Nairalanders, Gurus and Industry Experts, I find myself in a dilemma and would greatly appreciate your informed opinions and advice. I’m about to venture into the haulage business and initially considered purchasing Mack R Model 30–32-ton dump trucks. However, I’ve also noticed the increasing presence of Sino Howo dump trucks in Nigeria. After conducting some research, I discovered that Sino Howo trucks are quite popular in Nigeria, with spare parts that are relatively easy to find. That said, I would like to seek your guidance on the following: 1. Which truck is more rugged and better suited for Nigerian roads? 2. Which option has more readily available and affordable spare parts, and mechanics who can easily handle repairs? 3. Which truck is more fuel-efficient? 4. Is it better to go for a manual or automatic transmission? 5. Between injector and rotor engines, which is more reliable in our local context? I'm currently weighing the option between a fairly used Sino Howo and Mack R Model (over 20 years old). Additionally, I would appreciate advice on which specific area of the trucking/haulage business is most profitable to invest in here in Nigeria, as I understand there are different sectors within the industry. Your mature and experienced suggestions will be highly valued. Thank you, and I look forward to your responses. |

Trump made a strong move by halting this aid/Supports. Those who invent viruses will likely be discouraged since funding is no longer available. Third-world countries that relied on support from the U.S. will need to focus on improving their own health sectors.
