I use Afrinvest and investmentone to view market data till they reduce their fees,we can start funding and buying

When is the market closing today? 12: 00 noon? There is a day that the market closes by 12:00 either a day before xmas or the last trading day of the year.

Be patient until when the share redistribution ratio is announced. I am not sure of the exact process or procedure but I think the registrars would have to do some work on individual shareholders' account after getting authorization/clearance from the company and SEC/NGX.
