Firstly, did the University confirm that your sister-in-law can come with her dependant because some MRes programs in the UK, do not support dependants.

Your brother and his wife (the student) should be the ones sorting this application but join or accompanying family member will be the most appropriate.

Just to be clear, you are the main applicant (sister) and you want to complete a student dependant application for your brother (your dependant)? If this is the scenario, there is no provision in the student visa guidance for this type of arrangement. i do not believe there will also be a form for this.

Decision made since last week Tuesday and still haven’t gotten any email till now. Its tiring.

No additional documents required.

You can easily make your visa fee payment using the Pay4Me app.

I used them for my Sevis fee payment and it was processed immediately.
They help with visa fees too

The US is changing their visa services provider this August and I believe that is why you could not pay in the bank.

I copied the following info from the article they shared on their page. If your travel is not urgent, I'll suggest you wait till August 26 when the new visa appointment website goes live. It looks like you may be able to pay on the new site direct.

August 15, 2024 – Last day to access your account on ustraveldocs.com to pay the visa application fee online, schedule appointments, and contact customer service.

August 21, 2024 – Last day to drop off your documents at Premium Delivery locations.

August 23, 2024 – Last day to drop off your documents at regular courier locations for delivery to the Embassy or Consulate.

August 26, 2024– New visa appointment website goes live. Fee payments, appointment scheduling, and customer service are available. New document drop-off and pickup locations are available."

That said, if you have the GTB app, you might still be able pay online today. Someone can also pay on your behalf using the GTB app.

For fees, the current B1/B2 fee is N305250. The fee in USD remains 185USD but the amount in naira changes as the exchange rate fluctuates.

However, have you read their terms of acceptance? No 3 that you must show proof of visa approval by 31st of July 2024. Else what?

Your are required to pay 4,088 dollars out of the tuition fee of 9,963 dollars by 21 June 2024...
Out of 4,088 dollars you are required to pay by 21 june , 1,500 dollars is a non refundable deposit.
Health and dental insurance is 550 dollars ,if you opt for health and dental insurance with the college when school start date this amount will be added to your tuition fees and a compulsory fee of 583 dollars will be added together!

Tuition fee +health and dental +compulsory fee+ books+living expenses(20635) + other expenses ,this is your total budget for this program!
