It just after the petrochemical when u cross the bridge. If u go urself all process is less than 30 mins and ur chipping truck will follow u. Try to go on weekdays due to Saturday traffic around that axis.

You can get 30 tonnes to 35 tonnes in Port Harcourt at rate of 10k per tonnes.
