but they all claim to be of this singular source ''the holy spirit'' and he is the director of their religious translation...
So?
You couldn't have said it better. Just like we have each religion claiming to be the only way to God, we have the sun religions claiming to be the right ones too. I wish we could have an intelligent discussion about this world wide and reach a conclusion about what's right and what's wrong after all our goal is common. But who am I kidding. A dream that can never come to pass. They will just scatter somebody's head all in the name of my way your way not that way.

Historically who's right who's wrong. I'd say the Catholics "to the best of my knowledge" but they've being involved in one too many atrocities in the past that other branches had to spill out to save name. Because language is ambiguous and scripture always has a loose translation therefore we have the varying doctrines. Everybody just interpreted to the best of their understanding.

You're quite ignorant.

The pouring of libations of wine is a symbolic gesture of thanks giving to the Nature gods who are assumed to have made it possible for the palm tree to naturally ferment sweet, healthy wine, and for grapes from which other forms of alcohol are derived.

In the early days of Christianity, it was actually forbidden NOT to drink wine.
Am quite ignorant accepted. but my point is the Gods like alcohol for whatever reason and you have just buttressed my point.

If not y not? You would rather die in a plane crash and burn to hell or what's your point. When Romeo died for Juliet, jack for Jane it was ok to go through where you came for. If you I die for what I love, it's a sweet death and men love pussycat deal with it. Anybody that wants to hate, just pray that God removes pussycat matter for your life shikena
Christianity EtcRe: Tired Of Pastors, Church And Religion? Lets Talk Spirit by salauwale(m): 6:31am On Sep 04, 2016
Before anything we have to first agree on which God! The Christian God or the Muslim God or the Jew God or either of the remaining thousands less popular Gods. Then we can talk about religion, the prophets and the spirituality vis a vis doctrines.

Nah...that's not why I stopped.

I stopped because your probably well thought out write-up collapses on itself.

Your title suggests that you set out to enlighten us on why you believe RELIGION impedes creativity and intuitive thinking but your very first point is based on predestination. This point would have been valid if every Religion believes in it but that's not the case.

Not all religion teach predestination, or believe in it. If at least one religion is an exception on the teaching of predestination, then the point is invalid. If your number one point is wrong, why then should I go through the trouble of reading the whole thing?
I guess I have to change the title to how some religion ..................

SirWere:
You constructed your statements in a way that implied you didn't know about how water was formed which I answered. You then said you were talking about water on earth on which I also tried to reply.

Feeling smart? How and where did I do this??

It seems like you're employing avenuenes to turn this thread into one on NL's usual mindless back and forth.

And for that; believe me; I have no intrest.
@sirwere @opeaceo
if we agree that we can disagree, the thread ain't even about the origin of water I just shared an experience to make a point.
