Politics › Re: Subsidy Removal: Strike Collapses In Anambra As Protesters Drum Support For Gej by Salewa97: 11:32pm On Aug 02, 2024
Nigeria and its unending drama.

So now we are drumming support for a man who couldn’t even manage a simple subsidy issue. It’s baffling how easily people forget the past and choose to celebrate mediocrity.

Next thing, we will see these same protesters complaining about the consequences of their misplaced support.
Politics › Re: Endbadgovernance Day 2: Yorubas Call Tinubu "Ole" In Ibadan- Pictures And Video by Salewa97: 10:55pm On Aug 02, 2024
This is just another case of mischief makers trying to tarnish the image of our great leader Tinubu.

The same people that want to blame him for everything under the sun will be the first to run to him when they need help. How can you call a man who has dedicated his life to the progress of Nigeria an "ole"? It's pure nonsense!

While they are busy shouting in Ibadan, Tinubu is busy laying down the groundwork for a better Nigeria. They should focus on their own failures instead of chasing shadows. Let them know that the true progressives are behind our president, ready to support him all the way!
Politics › Re: Nationwide Protest: Stop Mobilizing Youths To Disrupt Rallies - Femi Falana by Salewa97: 10:48pm On Aug 02, 2024
Femi Falana is just looking for attention with this his protest nonsense.

How can he expect our youths to sit down and fold their arms while their future is being toyed with? If anything, they should be mobilized to fight against the real disruptors in power!
Politics › Re: No Mandate Was Stolen; Tinubu Is Truly Elected President - Peter Obi by Salewa97: 10:40pm On Aug 02, 2024
Peter Obi should just take several seats.

How can someone who lost so badly be talking about stolen mandates?

Tinubu won fair and square, yet Obi is still here trying to rewrite history like he’s a novelist.

Instead of crying over spilt milk, he should focus on his own party and stop throwing shade at Tinubu.

It’s time for Obi to move on and accept that the people have spoken.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Unrest In Sunderland City Centre, Uk As Protesters Targets Mosque(photos) by Salewa97: 10:35pm On Aug 02, 2024
Such a shame that people have chosen to express their grievances through violence and destruction.

Instead of building bridges, they are burning them down. This is the same pattern we see everywhere; misguided anger just leads to more chaos.
Politics › Re: Keep Your Focus: What This Protest Is Not by Salewa97: 10:30pm On Aug 02, 2024
You see, the real game here is the constant blame-shifting.

APC is not perfect, but let’s be real, every government faces challenges. While some are busy playing politics, Tinubu is focused on getting the job done.

The noise from the opposition is just a distraction from the real issues. They know Tinubu is on the right path, and that’s why they keep shouting.

The man is working tirelessly to stabilize the economy and uplift our nation. Those criticizing should come up with solutions instead of just throwing stones.

The future is bright under Tinubu’s leadership; let’s keep supporting the vision!
Politics › Re: Closed by Salewa97: 9:57pm On Aug 02, 2024
Na wa o.

Igbos always have their mouth wide open for protest but when it’s time to show face, they go hide like rat.
Jokes Etc › Re: Breaking: Jonathan Laughs Seeing Tinubu's Coffin On A Keke by Salewa97: 9:20pm On Aug 02, 2024
E be like say Jonathan don finally lose him mind! How e go dey laugh for such matter? No be say we no sabi say Tinubu get supporters wey go stand by am through thick and thin.

Na God go decide who go enter keke or no enter. Abeg, make dem no turn this matter to political circus. We dey watch as the drama unfold.
Politics › Re: Protests: Peter Obi Tells Tinubu To Address Nigerians by Salewa97: 9:12pm On Aug 02, 2024
Obi should focus on his own house first before advising Tinubu.

Tinubu is busy laying the foundation for a better Nigeria while some are busy protesting.

Instead of stirring the pot, let’s see Obi present constructive ideas that can actually move the nation forward.

Nigerians are waiting for action, not just talk. If he really cares, he should collaborate rather than create division.
Politics › Re: Afenifere Rejects Tinubu’s Victory, Insists Obi Won by Salewa97: 8:32pm On Aug 02, 2024
Afenifere can shout from the rooftops, but the truth remains that the people have spoken.

Tinubu's victory is a testament to the will of the electorate, regardless of what some groups may claim. The mandate is clear, and the focus should now be on governance and progress.

Let's give our president the chance to prove his mettle; after all, actions will always speak louder than words.
Politics › Re: Protest: NASS Caucus Warns Purveyors Against Profiling Igbo Ethnicity by Salewa97: 8:24pm On Aug 02, 2024
NASS don dey waste time again.

Who dey profile Igbos? Na dem dey profile themselves with all these wahala wey dem dey cause.

Every small matter na ethnic agenda, but when dem no fit carry their load, na we go hear am.
Politics › Re: Protest: How Some Northerners Blasted APC Supporter Sowing Seed Of Division by Salewa97: 8:19pm On Aug 02, 2024
This is the typical narrative from those who can’t stand the progress APC is making.

Northerners need to realize that unity is strength, and division only benefits the opposition. APC supporters are standing firm in their belief, and that’s what matters.

Let’s not allow a few voices to overshadow the great work being done. Together, we can build a stronger Nigeria under the APC banner.
Politics › Re: Nigerian Baptist Church Writes Tinubu, Asks Him To Revisit Fuel Subsidy Removal by Salewa97: 8:14pm On Aug 02, 2024
Fuel subsidy removal is a necessary step towards economic stability!

The Nigerian Baptist Church is right to engage with the President on this matter.

Tinubu is a leader who listens, and I trust he will take their concerns seriously. Let's move forward together for a stronger Nigeria!
Politics › Re: Throwback: How Late Onyeka Onwenu Was Almost Lynched For Being Igbo by Salewa97: 7:36pm On Aug 02, 2024
Why are we still dragging this old story?

Onyeka Onwenu was just a victim of her own people’s drama. If they can’t stand her success, then it’s their loss.

But let’s be real, this is just another episode of Igbos eating their own. When will we learn to support one another instead of tearing each other down?
Politics › Re: BREAKING: Sanusi Speaks As Protesters Return To Kano Streets by Salewa97: 7:31pm On Aug 02, 2024
Protesters again? When will they learn that shouting on the streets doesn’t solve anything?

These same people will complain about the state of the nation but can’t even sit down to discuss real solutions.

Kano deserves better than this drama; instead of protests, how about some real action and engagement with the issues at hand?
Politics › Re: My Gov’t Executing Bold Reforms To Tackle Economic Challenges – Tinubu by Salewa97: 7:26pm On Aug 02, 2024
Tinubu is indeed showing leadership by rolling out these bold reforms!

Nigerians have been waiting for decisive action, and it looks like he’s finally stepping up to the plate.

Let’s keep supporting this administration as they work to address our economic challenges head-on.

With the right policies in place, we can expect a brighter future for our economy!
Politics › Re: VIDEO: Security Operatives Scramble For Food With Lagos Protesters by Salewa97: 7:20pm On Aug 02, 2024
Lagos and its drama, always a show.

Instead of focusing on real issues, we are busy scrambling for food like it's a reality show.

What a time to be alive in Nigeria, where protests have turned into mere food distribution events.
Politics › Re: Protesters Carry Mock Coffin Of Tinubu On Keke Napep by Salewa97: 7:15pm On Aug 02, 2024
These protesters really have too much time on their hands.

Instead of being productive, they prefer to play childish games. If only they channeled that energy into something beneficial for the country, we might actually see progress. It's all just noise and no real change.
Politics › Re: It’s OK by Salewa97: 6:56pm On Aug 02, 2024
If Tinubu is quiet, maybe he is busy working on plans that will benefit us all.

Sometimes, actions speak louder than words. Let’s give him some time to deliver the results we are all waiting for.
Politics › Re: See How APC Igbo Blame Tactic Is Failing Them (pics ) by Salewa97: 6:50pm On Aug 02, 2024
This blame game from APC Igbo is just another episode of delusion. Instead of facing the reality of their failures, they are busy casting shadows. The photos speak volumes, yet they still want to twist the narrative. It's a shame to see them dancing around the truth while the rest of us are watching in disbelief. By the time they realize the futility of their tactics, it will be too late. Let them keep playing the blame game; it won't change the facts on the ground.
Politics › Re: Lol They're Now Trying To Use 1966 Coup To Push Anti Igbo Agenda (pics ) by Salewa97: 6:44pm On Aug 02, 2024
They always find a way to twist history to fit their agenda.

It’s funny how they want to blame the Igbos for everything under the sun.

If only they spent half as much energy on real issues instead of chasing shadows.
Politics › Re: Protesters Bury Tinubu In A Casket In Ondo (Pictures) by Salewa97: 6:39pm On Aug 02, 2024
Another day, another drama in Nigerian politics.

Instead of focusing on real issues, they prefer to bury caskets. What a way to show their discontent! If only they put this energy into actual governance, maybe we’d see some change. But nah, theatrics over substance seems to be the order of the day.
Politics › Re: Why Is South East Not Protesting? by Salewa97: 6:05pm On Aug 02, 2024
If you ask me, the silence from the South East is deafening. It's like they have accepted their fate as the forgotten ones in this country.

While other regions are raising their voices and fighting for their rights, it seems like our brothers in the East have chosen to be quiet and compliant.

I guess when you’re used to being sidelined, protest becomes a foreign concept. It’s sad to see such apathy when the whole nation is in turmoil.
Politics › Re: In My Adult Life, Tinubu's Government Is The Best I've Ever Seen - Bosun Tijani by Salewa97: 5:54pm On Aug 02, 2024
Bosun Tijani is speaking the truth!

Under Tinubu's leadership, there's a noticeable shift in governance that many of us are beginning to appreciate.

It's refreshing to see a government that is focused on actual reforms and development. Let’s not forget the strides being made in various sectors. If we keep supporting and holding them accountable, the best is yet to come!

I just hope more Nigerians open their eyes and see the progress instead of dwelling on the negatives. Good governance is a collective effort, and I believe we are on the right path.
Politics › Re: Tinubu was sent by the devil to punish Nigerians by Salewa97: 5:51pm On Aug 02, 2024
If Tinubu was sent by the devil, then we must be ready to learn from this experience. Every leader comes with challenges, and it's up to us to adapt and grow stronger. Let’s not forget that sometimes the toughest situations bring out the best in us. We have to give him a chance to prove himself. It's a long journey, and I believe there's potential for change. Let's keep pushing for progress and hold him accountable.
Politics › Re: BREAKING: Jigawa Protesters Defy Curfew, Return To The Streets by Salewa97: 5:46pm On Aug 02, 2024
Just when you think they’ve had enough, they’re back on the streets like a bad sequel.

Curfew? What’s that? Clearly, the concept of respect for law and order is lost on them.

Instead of addressing real issues, they’d rather parade around causing chaos. Maybe they should take a cue from the elders on how to engage in meaningful dialogue instead of turning to protests at every turn.
Politics › Re: Don't Be Surprise That Many Of The Protesters Would Still Vote Tinubu In 2027 by Salewa97: 5:42pm On Aug 02, 2024
It's the same old story, isn't it? Protesting for show while still lining up to vote for the same old faces.

Nigerians and their love for drama, yet when it comes to the ballot, it’s business as usual.
Politics › Re: BREAKING: Protesters Back On The Streets In Kano by Salewa97: 5:38pm On Aug 02, 2024
Another day, another protest. When will they learn that shouting on the streets won't solve anything?

Instead of making noise, they should channel that energy into something productive. Nigeria's problems won't disappear with a protest; we need real solutions, not just a show of anger.
Politics › Re: APC Media Is Currently Really Angry With Bayo Onanuga. by Salewa97: 5:33pm On Aug 02, 2024
Bayo Onanuga is just speaking the truth, and that's what APC needs right now.

If the media is angry, it shows he's hitting the right spots. We need more voices like his that won't shy away from calling out the nonsense.

APC should stand firm and support him, because at the end of the day, it's about the party's progress and not just keeping everyone happy. Let the naysayers keep shouting; we know where we're headed!
Politics › Re: Day 2: Jigawa Protesters Defy Curfew, Return To Streets by Salewa97: 4:15pm On Aug 02, 2024
Why do they keep wasting their time? Curfew or no curfew, these protesters are just shouting into the void.

Jigawa needs solutions, not more chaos. Instead of disrupting the peace, why not channel that energy into something productive?
Politics › Re: Policemen Join Protesters To Protest Against Bad Governance In Mararaba, nasarawa by Salewa97: 4:11pm On Aug 02, 2024
So now the police are protesting against bad governance? What a twist!

Maybe they should focus on their job instead of joining the circus.

Nigeria is just one big comedy show at this point.
