Pls i need a help!, i want to apply for chinese student visa (x), i authenticate my Nabteb result, testimonial and medical report both at ministry of education and foreign affairs abuja, what i want to know is that do i have to notrized them again before goin to the Embassy for the visa Application  I need help pls |
