(16) What happens if I cannot complete payment or default in the payment of
monthly subscription?
You will get a refund less 20% where agency fee is applicable and N5000
administrative charges.


(17) Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance any time within the duration of tenure?
Every subscriber is expected to pay on a monthly basis even after the initial
Deposit, non payment will lead to outright revocation.

(18) Does Propertymart Real Estate Investment ltd and Stonegate Development Company charge interest on the balance of payment?
The transaction is 0% interest free.

(19) Is there any restriction as to type of building I can construct?
Yes, you are limited to build residential houses within the area designated as
residential and commercial houses on areas designed as commercial. Provision of
shops within residential houses/areas and building of tenement house type (popularly
known as face me /face you) are not permitted.

(20) Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
Subscribers are encouraged to take possession and mobilise to their plot(s) within 6 months of allocation in order to control weeds; also in case where the land is left un-kept, the operators have autonomous power to revoke the land and every document attached to it and re-allocate the same plot to another customer while the existing owner is re-allocated elsewhere within the estate.

(21) WHEN DO I PAY THE OTHER CHARGES? REF: NUMBER 10.
Survey and Documentation fees is to be paid once payment for the land is completed while developmental fee is to be paid 6 months after physical allocation.

(22) WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PAY MY DEVELOPMENTAL FEES?
Such a customer would not be allowed to mobilise to site within the stipulated 6 months and allocation will be revoked within 4 weeks after the stipulated time if there is no visible progress in payments.

(23) WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I GET AT THE END OF THIS TRANSACTION?
A deed of assignment and a survey plan showing the dimensions of your plot(s), also, a duplicate copy of the Global C of O for the estate.
