How To Use Turmeric in food Scrambled Eggs – My favorite and one easy way to use turmeric is to put coconut oil in a fry pan and scramble organic eggs with it. Make sure you add the turmeric while cooking and sprinkle with a little black pepper. Rice– Turmeric can be added to rice. You can add it to a stir-fry with olive oil and black pepper. 5. Turmeric Tea – Add a ½ teaspoon of ground turmeric to two cups hot water, simmer 10 minutes, strain and add honey, lemon or ginger. 6. Golden Milk – Great way to get health benefits. First make a turmeric paste (below), then add ¼ teaspoon of paste to a cup of warm milk (add a few drops of healthy oil, like olive or ghee for maximum absorption). Optional – Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness. For more, like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/My-Fruits-And-Vegetables-Basket

Dear customers are you getting enough cruciferous vegetables in your diet? For most people, the answer is no. But I want to encourage you to focus on getting more of these nutrient dense super foods in your diet on a daily basis. Cruciferous vegetables are unique because they are rich in sulfur containing compounds called glucosinolates which support detoxification and indole-3-carbinol which greatly reduces the risk of breast, colon and lung cancer. Here is list of the cruciferous vegetables: Arugula Bok Choy Broccoli Brussel Sprouts Cabbage Cauliflower Collard Greens Kale Mustard greens Radish Turnip Watercress Place your orders and start enjoying the goodness of fresh organic vegetables.

THE CODES ON FRUITS If there are only four numbers in the PLU, this means that the produce was grown conventionally or “traditionally” with the use of pesticides. The last four letters of the PLU code are simply what kind of vegetable or fruit. An example is that all bananas are labeled with the code of 4011. If there are five numbers in the PLU code, and the number starts with “8”, this tells you that the item is a genetically modified fruit or vegetable. Genetically modified fruits and vegetables trump being organic. So, it is impossible to eat organic produce that are grown from genetically modified seeds. A genetically engineered (GE or GMO) banana would be: 84011 If there are five numbers in the PLU code, and the number starts with “9”, this tells you that the produce was grown organically and is not genetically modified. An organic banana would be: 94011

lonelydora:it's a matter of time |
DonaTee:our mode of preparation also matters |
DonaTee:after d heat treatment, just keep in a nice plastic or stainless bottle, allow to cool down in a bowl of water. It can last for two or four days in a refrigerator. |
JBoy9:I am sorry to say that Bobo does not contain milk or yoghurt but milk flavor and the black currant in ribina is also a synthetic flavor additives |
DonaTee:u can pasturise on low heat and then force cool. Like that it can be stored in the fridge and last for some days |
lonelydora:make varieties, allow them to participate in d making, let them pick Fruitsof their choice, make juices. And above all be determined not to give them those drinks , they will get used to it. |
