I'm happy for this initiative, to be honest I'll be very happy if I'm among one of the four that'll be selected. I'm a learning data science, and my laptop got spoilt 4 months ago, I've been using kaggle online in my phone to do practicals which has been challenging for me, using the same phone tecno spark 5pro to watch the tutorial on udemy and also minimize and go to kaggle for practical, it's not been easy. I was working on creating my website to start blogging before my laptop went bad, I learnt frontend web development, working on starting arbitrage blogging, which i had to stop and continue learning only data science with my phone which i no longer have a laptop. I'll be the most happiest if selected, because I'll go back to do what I've always wanted and my learning going on smoothly.
