Why KIA vehicles? Why not local vehicles like Innoson? How do they intend creating local jobs if foreign car makers are preferred?

I concor, besides, I believe a lot of other projects should have been done before the purchase of these cars... like fixing most of the bad roads around and decongesting the marounding traffic in the town.
