I feel there is something stuck inside my stomach like i should just deep my hands in n bring it out.i feel sharp pains whenever I hit or press my epigastric region.then it goes with a 2 4 7 torturing of gnawing pains.i can't think or do anything with my mind off it.its really distressing

My advice to u is to stop buying any supplement on nairaland and look for how to manage ur condition by doing extensive research ur self on proving ways to come out of ur condition.
Let me ask u some questions
1) how is ur digestion, that is do u digest ur food very well
2) do u feel constipated always
3) what and what do u eat as meal

@ppeessuu,thank you very much for ur kind words.1I do eat reasonably though cos i try to avoid losing weight cos atimes b prefer not to eat cos of the discomforts n atimes too eating reduces or believes the discomforts.
2.I don't constipate and use the toilet normally depending on how much i feed n i do not have diarrhea either.
3.I stopped carbonated drinks a long time ago,I avoided deep fried foods,I take you hurts n even at some point was taking powdery garlic,ginger et al.I do eat rice,beans in small quantity,banana,yam,spaghetti.These r my major foods then pawpaw n watermelon depending on my pocket.I was on cabbage juice at some point.The annoying thing bout this so called chronic gastritis is that nothing really seem to have been able to tame it.I might take A now n feels manageable n the NXT time i take that same A,it would not click

I have tried n have been trying since March 2018 when it started.I have gone from one hospital to another n ended up at d gastroenterologist unit in Luth.I have been through triple therapy regimens with the last coming this past Jan after having done endoscopy n biopsy.All these did not work which has led me confused n all they tell me at luth is usually triple therapy n omeprazole.It jus looks to me that's all they can offer .I had seen a nutritionist where I paid well n was on cabbage juice,ginger,garlic et Al.No improvement.I still went as far as buying Norland products including d popular mebo gi capsules which r very expensive in a bid to come out of this.Im still fighting so I honestly do not know what nxt to u.i av stopped eating a lot of things,I never drink nor smoke.So tell me what else I haven't done
