In view of the recent challenges faced by engineering graduates in Nigeria admist the current economy imbalance and political instability in Nigeria, geared and causing job scarcity in the nation, it is paramount to device new means of understanding how to gain hold of the Engineering profession and becoming a leader in the engineering career.
This programme is geared towards Nigerian graduates of engineering across Nigerian universities and states.
The program is aimed at enlightening young minds on how to gain a full insight on the engineering career and how to be a leader in this highly sought for profession.

We are Doze Electricity Foundation, focused on community social responsibilities and we function as a non governmental organisation that works on achieving electricity projects in rural communities in Nigeria. We make career mentoring for engineering students our core objective. Our mission is to reach out to communities and assist in issues relating to unavailability of electrical facilities, electricity supply, electricity facility theft, excessive electricity bill estimation and dispute resolution between electricity companies and consumers in Nigeria.
