That said, it is over 1 month since Trump talked about possible military strikes in Nigeria. Till date, the Nigerian government hasn't presented a comprehensive plan on ending the terror menace. Neither has the president considered it worth his while to address Nigerians.

Yeah. I believe you. I also think those who were contacted sat for online test initially. Maybe they were contacted to choose their venue for the next stage which would be physical. I believe HCP will contact more candidates through mail when they are set for the test. Let's keep hope alive.
