let me give us d criteria 4 this employment.
1. You have to be 2.1 and above.
2. You don't have to be more than 28 years. If you have a sponsor, you don't have to be more than 30.
3. What I mean by sponsor here is a serving senior officer of the DSS or its equivalent in the military or any of such affiliated with security of the Nigeria state.
4. Your declaration of age would have to be 10 years before this year. If you forge one, you will be caught since verification will be done at your place of declaration to ascertain the date of declaration since others would have done on the same date and list with you.
5. You have to six feet or very near. Near here is also defined by your sponsor.
6. You have to be athletic in your appearance since looking bulky gets you left out.
7. Your state of origin cert. too has to be 10 years or more old. Subject to verification too.
8. You have to be among the highest scores in your state in the just concluded test.

One thing I know is that if recruitment in2 DSS is tempered with by so called nepotism and what have you, then automatically the core of Nigeria integrity have been dismantled. That will be the last straw to break the camel's back of Nigeria development particularly in norms, criminal issues and threats.

emlilshady: never heard of that sha. but I've seen some people use that, even in the military recruitment exercise. disasters could make someone loose its certificates, if that happens what will you do?my guess is to visit the court and show proof on what happened, a temporary certificate is made (stamped and signed).
the only crime you will commit here is by tampering with your age. even if you are in the job, they could kick you out.

I will not say anytin again until you find the person working in SSS with affidavit. Just know who is pulling the strings on your behalf. You guys just like talking about ideas here. I don't knw y u guys want 2 bring this 2.1 & 2.2 story up again. even if ur not told, u shud knw dat d class of result will be important in this type of few-persons-to-get-the-job type of employment. Even if they are beta 2.2, hv DSS finished exhausting the long list of genuine 2.1? Or are u with a 2.2 saying DSS shud do away with a 2.1 who passed d exam and pik u? Let's b frank here. The reason results are graded is 4 stuffs like this. 2.2 is only an alternative in DSS and everywhere, which in real sense we all knw dat d number of genuine 2.1dat will pass d exam will even be more than d required persons. So u wit a 2.2, face d fact. If u want 2 show ur smart without u present 2 defend ur result, my genuine advice 4 u is 2 go and present a Masters result ahead of one with a 2.1. Ask ur self, if u hv a firm and want 2 employ, won't u finish screening those wit beta results? And will those wit lower result won't just be an alternative? And when u fine d number ur looking 4 from the higher grades, won't u just dump d file of d lower grades? 70 what? Its a big lie! I scored the highest in my state and yet it wasn't up to 50. I was some few points away 4rm d nearest person too! Am not saying bcus nobody scored up 2 50 in my state then someone else cud not score more than in another state. But scoring 70 and above in that exam in dat time? Its practically NOT possible! Emly whatever, if they close ur eye one side, u will open the other one. Now it is not u finished and the maths was eazy, it is now someone scored 73 somewhere. All u keep doing most of the time is making people feel comparatively less in their performance. Do u want 2 tell us dat it was dat time they said don't start but u glanced that gave u an edge to finish ur work? Even if u were ticking without reading, u intellectual conscience wud have made u 2 @least break and read the questions and dat my bro is where d time ticks faster. So stop saying watever. The simple submission about this class of degree tin is that, not all 2.1 result are worth it but all the best students find themselves there and above but those below 2.1 will simply need a second round of the same education for few of them to get a 2.1. Conclusion is that all 2.2 and below couldn't do just better to earn a 2.1. So why shud 2.2 and below come up with the bad feelings about those with 2.1. Look I 4 one knows what it takes earning a 2.1. So my submission is that if you think 2.1 are bought, I want to tell u that there is another way to get it. Work for it! So if you didn't have it, it means either you are not naturally intelligent and smart enough to buy it or you were 2 academically dumb to earn. So either ways, 2.2 students and below are just dumb and can't do beta; not in academics and not in the outside world either. Finally all 2.1 students and above can be good because its either they were academically smart or otherwise smart. Either or Both of which are important to fight life. So if u don't have 2.1 or above, u are simply a flop both in academics and otherwise. So all 2.2 and below shut up looser!
